Everytime I go in there I spend too much money.
I loved the old store located off of chestnut I believe they were all about giving you great deals and helping you save money.Not this one.🤦♀️

I had missed placed my phone, so I went into the Metro store on KIngs Canyon in Fresno. The Customer Rep told me that I would have to purchase another phone. So I did but I was told by Customers Service rep from metro that I can take my phone back within 14 days on the metro promise. I found my other phone and and they told me I can not get a refund. But Cusomer Rep at metro said I have 14 days I just bought it yesterday John at metro said I counld not and Nye said I can I am leaveing Metro and going to Cricket or Verzion cause I dont care to be LIED toi

If I can leave a negative star I would! Rude guy over the phone had no patience very disrespectful! He spoke to my 66 year old mother very disrespectful and when I called to speak to a manager he said is that all you called for!

It was extremely hot in the store. It's summer time and no a/c or swamp cooler. To top it off there are pigeons living in the ceiling so you hear them fluttering around continuously.
