Spent 4 hours with MetroPCS 611. I have a defective phone that changes your password randomly. After 4 hours Chichi finally reset my phone Then the defective phone would not accept any of the " reset up codes given to me and I was told my only option from now on is to take it to their store to be fixed (6 stores in Fresno) have already told me and my secretary that they do not help with problems and to leave unless I was buying new phones because that is all they are authorized to do. NOT ONE REPRESENATIVE WOULD CORRECTLY PRONOUNCE MY NAME--JEAN. I couldn't hang up the phone using because that's one of the defects Then, knowing I couldn't hang up they kept transferring me to very rude people who would not pronounce my name correctly after being corrected and kept telling me to go back into their stores to fix both phones (now)--the same places who refused to help me or my secretary. Now I have no working phone for my business.

I went to MetroPCS to end my shitty service with AT&T. before at&t I had Verizon (I don't miss it!!). I'm sooo happy I came to MetroPCS! I'm from Oakland so I remember MetroPCS is amazing service n currently I live close to downtown with zero at&t towers! MetroPCS is working super well for me so far! The two women working there last Thursday provided me with options and I was out the door with service in less than 20 minutes! thanks again!!

This company is horrible. Don't get service with them. First of all it's slower than hell. Everything works but the internet is just SLOWWWW. You can't even get service on the outskirts of town. Then as I decided to switch carriers I called 4 times to customer service to switch my number over and they told me that I only need my account number and pin to switch my phone number over. When I told them I KNEW my phone number was LOCKED they did their "investigation" and realized my number was in fact locked. Every time they transferred me to the people who port out phone numbers they would always hang up on me. POINTLESS AND A WASTE OF TIME. I gave up with playing their games and just got a new number. DONT GET THIS SERVICE!!!!
