My daughter and I walked in to connect her iphone to a existing line and right away we were greeted by Vanessa she was very amiable and pleasant she even offered us a deal they had in store she had a lil trouble connecting the phone but got it done quick was very pleased on helping us we really appreciate her patience and also greeted customers as they were walking in and also told them thank you for patiently waiting she is very considerate 😊. . Big shout out to Vanessa!!!! Great job!!!

Today I met the most fabulous ladies Vanessa and Stephanie at Metro who helped me go to T-Mobile they are fantastic workers they are very friendly they are fabulous You must come to the store absolutely awesome very friendly Love them Thank you so much I'm happy

Came in seen the sign they were on lunch break. I said to myself OK I’ll come back. Came back an hour and some change and they were still closed. The sign was out and I rent the hours posted on the door Sunday 11 AM to 6 PM just a waste of time. I really need to pay this bill for my daughter. I have AT&T, but my daughter has Metro so that’s why I’m still dealing with them. Not good if I can give them zero stars, I would very disappointed.

Karina was and is amazing. She was so fast. I've never been helped so fast. She did so much more than she had to do. Where do I even start? First, she helped me buy my phone month ago and vouched for a phone that was was true to her word. I broke it. Filed a claim. Got the new phone. Had issues turning that one on myself so I went in and she had me out in ten minutes. She even reset my old phone and taped the box I needed to ship it to. She went above and beyond and her customer service skills are amazing. They should know how amazing she is. This location always has the best workers. Metro is really good on who they hire, but this location never lets me down. I've been to a few! Thanks again, Karina and Metro. 10+++++
