I believe this is the place that sold my mom a dirty phone.... There's someone else information and screen lock on the phone. Whomever phone this belonged to originally works at xfinity with Vasquez as the last name. If yall sold my mom a dirty phone yall shouldn't be in business at all since it looks suspicious as if you sold the phone on on the under and pocketed the money. Either way, wouldn't recommend this place

I have given 1 star to another location owned by this franchise due incompetent management. I lucked out and got my issues resolved at this location (and 97 minutes of my time).Here's the real culprit that led to unnecessary stress: METROPCS. The company has a franchisee business model that sets the owners up to work against each other. One franchise won't help a customer that purchases equipment from another franchise. The all blame each other rather than focus on giving proper customer service when an issue arises. I don't think it's a smart way to operate in the long run.

OMG is how I have to start this review. Yesterday at 5:30pm my husband broke his phone, in a uproar he had me calling around, searching for either a duplicate or replacement. We started in Moreno Valley, they were no help, and not as friendly as I needed them to be. They sent us to Riverside Cooperate office, who told us they had the phone we were looking for, No such luck! I asked if Jose could call around due to we came all the way and need the phone tonight. Well, that's the beginning of the BEST CS I've received since I were a rep. This young man Brandon was so polite, inviting, helpful, and always apologizing for what we were going through. I felt like I was at home and given the best for my buck. Whoever his manager is need to duplicate this young man over, and over again. I tried to buy him lunch, he said no ma'am that's what im suppose to do. My mouth dropped and I begin to tell him thank you over and over again. I recommend every Metro user go to 8610 California and request Brandon to help. Thanks Brandon!!!! you are my hero......
