Lost my iPhone so I went into the nearest cellphone store to see if I could use the floor demo phone to track my phone and the gal working there (I was told it could be Sandy or Yessica not sure which one) was rude and wouldn’t let me use the demo phone to utilize a feature of that phone that’s there for this exact reason. I apologize to the one that was not the one I dealt with but I was give two possible employees so I have to name both. I ended up having to go to T-Mobile which owns Metro and spend 149.00 to replace my phone! Come to find out my I left my phone at a friends place and if this employee let me use the floor model iPhone I wouldn’t have had to throw 149.00 down the drain for nothing! Very poor customer Service.

These people do not know what they are doing. I had some trouble with my data and none of them knew what they were doing. And each time I went in, their internet was always out for some reason!

The service is great and the customer service is better. I've had AT&T, Sprint and Verizon. This is as good or better. Drop your expensive plan.
