Old phone stopped charging. Irene sold me upgraded phone, then refused my return 2 days later stating upgrade NOT returnable or exchangeable!!!Completely UNPROFESSIONAL since she NEVER advised me of this policy. Forcing me to keep a phone I DON'T need & NOT using since had old phone reactivated is EXTREMELY POOR customer service forcing me to switch to another carrier.

Friendly staff willing to take the time and extra effort to help each and every customer. Clean space.I purchased a phone and mobile hotspot. A couple months earlier I had a problem with my phone and service. I originally call MetroPCS support but they couldn’t fix my problem and told me to take my phone into the store. At the store they did everything they can and called support as well. They negotiated a discount with corporate for my troubles.

Customer service is on point. Customer service is NOT overrated. Customer service is consistent. Customer service is what keeps me coming back to this PARTICULAR location for all of my local Metro needs. Thank you for helping to make me a believer in Metro. (I honestly was afraid to give them a try after being with one of the mainstream companies for over 10 years.
