“We called in frustrated from an earlier experience at a different store. Phil answered the phone and immediately said come in, even though they were 15 minutes to closing. We walked and in received some of the best service at a retailer. He listened to us, gave us honest feedback regarding our issue, and provided a solution that made us very happy. He didn’t make us feel like we were just another transaction, he made us feel like he genuinely cared about our issue and wanted to help us solve it.
