We walked and in received some of the best service at a retailer. He listened to us, gave us honest feedback regarding our issue, and provided a solution that made us very happy. “I absolutely love the customer service here. As soon as I walked into the store, I was greeted by Anahi. Very vibrant and knowledgeable even for her being new! I came from a different carrier and am already satisfied with my decision. Jamal helped me make the smartest decision for my purchase with all his knowledge on technology and the sales. He was also very kind and helpful. One thing I noticed is they were getting other customers in and out at a fast pace with a smile on their face while helping me and it didn't cut into my time with them. Everything was easy switching over and they had so many deals and phones available on site. The store was very clean and in a safe area. They even had deals on cases and screen protectors which they installed themselves. Anahi even helped transfer my information over from my old phone to the new phone. “The best repair shop in the world!!!!!
Last year, my phone screen broke and I took it to another repair shop nearby. The screen was the only thing that was broken, but I still had to pay $250.
(And the staff there were super unfriendly, it took over a week to fix it, and my phone blacked out again just a month later…)
Because of that horrible experience, I came to this shop after a friend recommended it to me — and OMG, I’m so glad I did.
This time, both my mainboard and screen were broken,( like picture ) so I expected to pay way more… but it was only $170!!!
The owner here is incredibly kind, honest, and fixed everything so fast. I’m seriously so thankful.
