This store will rearrange what you ask for a price check on! Like if you didn't just go take an item off the shelf yourself, The service is bs!

If I could give this place half a star I would customer service sucks. I waited over 15 minutes just to return something and the line was all the way towards pharmacy. They only had 1 person working at the register and every time she called for help no one showed up until I got in line then someone came to help her.

By far the worst customer service. You have about 7 team members working and at the customer service center and not one of them acknowledge a person standing in line to help. They rearrange the store and have a small paper size notice where the line starts & no one could of said hey the line starts on the other side. It wasn't until I said something they wanted to give me attitude and get upset. If this is what we're coming to , I'm glad more Walmarts are closing. They don't deserve any stars. where is a manager?

Here we go again, big corporate Walmart refusing to honor their prices. Let me take you on a ride on the bend you over express. Walmart happens to sell the new captain Morgan spiced rum made with real Madagascar vanilla. They had the price marked as $18.98. For that price I decided to get two bottles. Well, the bottles rang up $20.43. I took a picture of the price. I don't know why but I did. I was at the register and sure enough it rang up a different price. The cashier said she didn't believe they would honor the price listed on the shelf. I asked for a manager who also said they can't honor their price on the shelf. She said it's a state law. I told the manager it's their price on the shelf and that's what was marked. She said they go by the price that rings up from the UPC code. So let me get this straight, if the bottle would have rang up for a buck, would they have honored it? I doubt it. What gets me is they (Walmart) had the price listed on the shelf, not me. A shelf that was locked up. Sounds like some consumer fraud to me.

I just went to the Walmart on Shields and Cedar. I was only picking up a couple of things and I have a fracture in my back. There was a lady in a wheelchair that had all this stuff on her lap and she's deaf. I was just going to give her my cart and go get another cart but she was trying to tell me she needed help. I asked two employees at Walmart. Could they please help her and they said no they don't provide that type of help. I put my cart in front of her and she held it and I pushed her wheelchair. She is overweight and again I have a fracture in my back. I felt like crying when we finished I got in line with her and then I went to the manager and asked if somebody could help her finish checking out and take her stuff to the car. His name is Christian, and he said no I should've thought of that before I brought her to the store. He wasn't listening to me. I explained I didn't bring her to the store. I just saw she needed help and could he please get some help for her? It was hurting my back pushing her chair. He said no I said you're the manager and you're refusing to help a customer he just turned his back on me, I don't know why she was there by herself and didn't have a cart or someone to help her but caring about people particularly our elderly was non existent at this Walmart. When I was checking out, I asked the checker please could you get somebody to help her with her groceries to the car and she did request someone I hope they helped her. My back was hurting too bad to help her myself and I was crying on the way home, just so upset for this horrible experience for both her and me.

Was just in there last night first to point out the caucasian female who was on the register right in front of the exit door by the name of Christina who had the sourest attitude because she had to ring us up the way she tossed the divider, then when she was bagging she was throwing my items for no reason. 2nd whos ever zoning your isles need to check for dates 02/09/2023 thats sad that store is not huge at all there shouldnt be any issue with the zoning and checking out of dates.

I went to this location yesterday and everything was going well until I went to the self check out. I set my this down to scan when suddenly I saw a baby cockroach crawling out from under the rack where they keep gum to entice you to buy those little things... Are that I was never very enticed to buy gum from there or much else. I did end up paying for my food. I moved it off the shelf thing where I saw the roach. I had to remind myself that the food I was purchasing was sealed so there are no roaches in my food. I almost wanted to walk out but I needed food. Not the kind of welcome I was looking for though.

I give this rating a one because you can never find an employee when you need help. They have certain things locked up that you have to ring a service button for unfortunately you can be standing there 5 to 10 minutes before anyone shows up. 99% of the time there is one register open so therefore 100% of the time I use self check out. The employees seem to have a great time with each other but when it comes to customers they do not give you the time of day even when greeted directly by me. Unfortunately this seems to be the norm with any store these days you put up with what you can too so I tend to switch it up and travel to other Walmarts as well usually with the same experience.

Staff is friendly and everything is organized. The only work this place could use it keeping stuff in stock.

Busy but staff is nice. In stock more then some other stores the only bad issue is people who are not disabled park in the handicap parking space and they do not have handicap sign or plates.

I go there at least 3 times a week. A really convenient location for me and easy in easy out. My only concern is the dairy department. Whoever is in charge of the dairy department is doing a horrible job at rotating the products. There has been too many times Ive seen products thats already expired. Most times I dont say anything I just mind my own business. This time is different. So if ya shop. Always check the sell by dates. Theres some bad work habits here.

I went to the return department to return light bulbs with receipt in hand The lady behind the counter looked under the light bulb box, then the receipt. She proceeded to say that l bought it at the Ashlan store and would have to return it there. So I did. Noone there knew of that policy. If it's not correct, please train your employees . They're are a plenty of people who know how to do their job if she can't. 1 star for her. Would be 0 but l couldn't and she said sorry.
