Of all Walmart locations, this has to be one of the least convenient. Many products are locked behind security cages/glass and require assistance to get. Waiting for assistance takes FOREVER, and you basically have to walk and find someone to actually get help because it won't come. Only the electronics section takes the call button somewhat seriously. Once they get the item you want, they walk it over to Aisle 11 and ask for it when you check out. The associates are rude and slow. The only time I've come across a worker who's got a decent attitude is when they've hired someone new. I bought a rotisserie chicken, and as the cashier scanned it, she told me she wouldn't spend money on their chickens because they're nasty "af" to her. Dude. I laughed because I couldn't believe it lol. Only come here if you really need a Walmart and Walmart prices, because yes, Walmart has good prices.

I usually mind my own business, but the woman restroom is probably one of the worst to be in. It's very dirty and worst of all, it smells.

I bought a vacuum that the belt breaks quickly and the drive is rusted and it's new. I bought the protection plan in store, have the receipt and all state the insurer won't help me and neither will Walmart. I've stopped shopping here. I recommend other retailers, if you want warrantied products. Don't bother with the plans or the store, it's just a loss of money.

Not much to say. Employees are rude, and this location is extremely unorganized. If they got better training, maybe I'll consider returning.

I love this Walmart. They're a great location. If you are going to a Walmart for "more than a bag of items", then that is your own fault, or use the Self Check Out. Go to a smaller store! Sometimes it is hard to find an employee for help, but at least every employee you do see is doing some type of work. The Shaw and Brawley bald / short haired lady that highlights your receipts is a rude mean woman with so many complaints about her I don't know why they haven't fired her! Anyway... The Ashlan location is my absolute favorite no matter what anyone says

They rudely said last night "We're closed. We close at 10 every night. You should already know." I explained that I did not know since other Wal-Mart locations close at 11:00 pm. I understand saying that Wal-Mart is closed. However, there was no reason to have an attitude with me regarding the closing time. The person who was rude to me should receive a Coaching for his behavior. It should be explained to him that his behavior could lead to termination from the company. It no longer matters when they close since I will not return to this Wal-Mart location because of the attitude. I will shop elsewhere from now on.

I usually don't shop at Walmart for this reason. Its always a hassle to find an employee to help and its always overcrowded, with long lines. I understand there are different departments but I needed help finding something I asked an employee for help and was told he didn't work in that department and just kept walking. Any other retail store would usually try to help or get someone else who can help the customer. Sometimes it's better to pay more and go to a different store, but that's not always an option.

I don't like giving bad reviews but will when it's warranted. Word of advice before you shop here: DON'T shop here if you are shopping for more than a bagful of items. But if you must: ask if they have any bags prior to shopping. Management here has zero courtesy for their consumers!! You find out at the register AFTER you spent your time shopping and loading up your cart that they have ZERO bags. This is the 3rd time this happened- and the last. Imagine if I was counting on an Uber to get me home! NEVER will I shop this location again!!

The star is for the seemingly overwhelmed employees scrambling to deliver these orders. Waiting over an hour for my grocery pickup after receiving message the order was ready. Checked in once we arrived. 20 pickup stalls. All taken, overflowing to regular stalls. All waiting outside our cars. 45min in I called the number shown on the pickup stalls 2314143 and the message is giving info for the Thanksgiving holiday followed by the automated "the mailbox is full...." And unable to leave a message. Finally see one wmployee with a cart full of bins and he starts handing out the orders. Another employee joins him and brings our order. I ask him if they are the only ones working (not about to take my frustration out on him, poor guy). He then tells me none of the orders were ready. So my question is, why inform customers their orders are ready during their "pickup window" if a) they're not ready, and b) you know your customers will be waiting and more customers coming into their "pickup window" causing an overflow of to unmarked stalls. Customer satisfaction and order efficiency should be re-examined to prevent bottleneck. Haven't even checked to see if my order is correct. Ugh!

This is the WORST Walmart in all of Fresno, and I've been to ones way out in the hood hood. This place is on another level. It took 45 minutes to get my drive up pickup order the other day. The item I needed was only available here. Otherwise, I would have NEVER chosen to come here! After waiting 40 mins, I got an alert on my app saying my order had been picked up, but I was literally still parked with no items. After calling the # on the sign and a bunch of back and forth with employees, they finally told me my items were on the way out. But of course, once I got home, I realized I was missing an item. Instead of coming back or calling customer service, I decided to take the loss and my business elsewhere. It's bad enough they make you order $35 worth in order to qualify for pickup! While waiting, the unhoused lady in front of me was collecting sticks and trying to start a campfire next to two parked cars. I literally could not wait to get my sh*t and go. Will never ever come back here ever again.

Most ghetto Walmart in Fresno!! Most of the employees don't take their job seriously and/or they are just rude, plus they are usually under stocked. I recommend the Walmart on Ingram & Herdon Instead!
