At the Fresno Airport location..went in to exchange my truck..I'm Emerald club status the employee behind desk made me wait an hour while she filled out unnecessary paperwork, didn't check to see my club tier, when she asked me to sign agreement I ask why, that's when another woman stand there saw my Emerald status & said I didn't need to sign..What a waste of my time...sigh

A little understaffed as everywhere else so took a little longer to get out of the facility but personnel are very friendly and helpful.

National Car Rental has always been super accessible and convenient. I usually have to rent a car every month for work and I always chose National Car Rental because of their Emerald Green Aisle car selection. The only thing with weekends it gets super busy and they have less of a selection to chose from, but I always appreciate their fast and easy check-out process and their return car process. Friendly staff always is ready to assist you!

Ethan and Theresa were very helpful upon return of our rental car from a 7-day trip on Saturday 8/26/23. I really appreciated them helping explain the bill making the return process easy and true to what I had initially reserved in terms of pricing. Thank you!

Horrible experience at the Harrisburg, PA Airport. I have been using them for years, but when i needed help I was treated like a bother. I lost my license and after calling to confirm and checking the website, I was told I could use my temporary license and my passport. I get there at 10 pm and the guy tells me no and the manager won't even speak to me. I was treated rudely and left stranded. I called today and never received a call back from their corporate offices. I had to pay over 150 for an uber just to get to my hotel and even more to get around all week. I'm trying to find a new option that is not affiliated with National. Very disappointing...

Dropping off my vehicle was not a pleasant experience. When I arrived, there were a few customers waiting and no visible staff. A customer was trying to call someone at the airport as we all stood there. More car returns arrived with customers waiting. After several minutes, a staff member walked from the airport to the customer service building. I asked if we just leave the car and just go to the terminal where she explained that I had to wait for the car to be checked. She then walked into the customer service building next to the car return and about six staff members walked out, laughing and having a good time. Turns out, all of those staff members were just sitting in that building and knew that there were nearly 10 return’s as all of us customers were standing there outside in the heat, waiting. During check-in, one staff member just walked down the lines and just quickly scanned the tags without even looking at the cars. I was almost late for boarding because of their disrespect and delay.

I used to exclusively use Hertz, but National’s cars and customer service are superior. I love getting to pick my car!

Wow, great service where the individual that checked the car back at 3:04pm on Oct. 15 went beyond. He drove me to the entry door to the luggage claim center since I have lingering breathing issue since 2021. For that thank you for recognizing my condition. It’s nice to know people do care about you and taking of your customers is your priority.

Pretty straight forward service and good service! Extending the car rental was double the original rental price for the same number of days, went with another new reservation and had to return the car and get new.

Amazing customer service. I had issues with the car I rented. I was able to exchange the car with not extra fees to pay.
