You can tell when someone knows that their reputation is what makes or breaks their business, the team at Nobile understands this and took the time to make sure things were right. They had the patience to answer my questions, help me find the right solution for what I needed, and then, to top it off, while I was waiting I got to hang out in a very comfortable waiting room.
I don't have a fleet of trucks just my one, as a result I'm not buying accessories often, but I know where I'll go if I need anything else.

Customer service did answer my question about a window. But the operator was a bit rude and hung up before I had finished my sentence. I had another question before the conversation ended abruptly.... operator was very knowledgeable but his customer service should be looked at. Overall I am not taking my business here.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service! I paid a significant amount to have a window deflector installed. When I returned because the front windows kept getting stuck and hitting the deflector, I asked them to check and fix it. The technician didn’t even bother to inspect it and bluntly told me, “There’s nothing I can do. You have to return the part wherever you bought it. We are not responsible for the problem.” He mentioned that these issues sometimes happen. I told him, “You should have informed me about this possibility before installing it!” He just shrugged it off!
I came back to talk to the guy in front, and he told me that I was rude and that he didn’t know this problem could occur (which is different from what the technician said). After looking at the deflector myself, I noticed that the front ones were not installed properly, so the problem was with the labor, not the part. I do not recommend this place—they are rude and unprofessional.

Went there on 7/2/2024 and had a horrible experienced as soon as I walked in. No one was welcoming and when I went to the front desk for help, I got shoved to another employee that doesn't even want to help either. First time owning a truck, so I asked for their advice on side steps and tint job. They sound very irritated and uninterested at helping me and gave very vague or little to no explanations on their products. I got my estimates from them and just took off. I got prejudices vibes for days and I was only there for minutes!!! Skip the poor customer service and just go somewhere else or order online.
