Using a walker due to a disability, Katie was exceptional in her handling of my getting a new VISA card.She pointed out where I could sit and wait for my new card. Not sure if the customer service is horrible because of the location or just because the people who work there. I normally go to the clovis location but i was on this side of town and stopped here, but never again. The tellers are very rude especially the one with the lisp i hate to identify her by that but no one there had a badge of identification. The decorations for Christmas were very cute but i will NOT be returning to this location. Poor customer service as if im the one who told her to apply for that job. Terribly disappointed in Noble credit union.

Always nice and happy when I come in very respectful and courteous and I can talk and chat for a second while they do my transaction can’t have any nicer people makes my day going in there for a second twice a month!

Not only are the loan rates terrible but the way they handle everything else is as well. My ATM card has been cancelled for the second time without notice and when I called all they could tell me was sorry your card along with many others may have been compromised. No phone call or text just shut it down without warning. I cannot take time off of work to go in and get a new card and supposedly a new card was mailed out but I never received it. Do you know how embarrassing it is to have your card declined at Taco Bell and not be able to feed you family because the Bank you trusted canceled your only way to pay without notice!!

They are very generous and nice and they are so helpful in many ways, and the benefits work well and splendid, they are my first bank and I’m glad to say they are great and hope to stay working them much longer!!!

Awesome credit union and the best customer service! Evertime I go in, may it be for a loan, depositing a check, or just general maintenance on my account. They treat you with the best customer service and you can tell they actually care and work with you and try to help out as much as the can. And a shout out to Maria!! everytime I go in she is just awesome and helps with anything and treats you like family!!
