I shop at this store periodically. Sometimes I'm able to find something and other times I order online to pick up. Since I do more of the latter, I will describe my experience of the associates checking people out. For the past 4 months, there is definitely been a decline in customer service. Even friendliness is lacking. For the last 3 times, they are borderline rude. No greeting, no smiles, no common small talk, not even a thank you for shopping with us. They literally talk as little as possible and the only interaction happening is required to do their job. No more, no less. I had an opportunity to stand in a longer line this past weekend and watched the interactions with other customers. What I observed, the associates are very friendly with the younger customers (20 something), chatting away about their selections, opening an account, and so on. They are also friendly to customers that are their same ethnicity. Chatting, smiling, creating small talk, talking about their purchases. When customers didn't fit that criteria, the effort to be friendly evaporated immediately but returned when the next customer approached that met the criteria. Overall, I find customer service lacking in most establishments. (btw - Im not an elderly, old person - but way over 20). I just found it very eye opening to watch the blatant discrimination. Will I physically shop here again, no. Will I pick up orders here, strong possibility. I just feel management needs to be aware of this.

Went for a return, of shoes, right when they opened and little bit of a wait do to previous customer returning from previous night. Not bad though. Easy and done💯😎

Knowing that this is the rack. You definitely know you're not in a full-blown Nordstrom store but it isn't bad and the items were reasonably priced I found what I was looking for for about half of what I thought I would have spent for the same thing even online That's what you saw was available. Expensive dress shoes are just that expensive. But I got a name brand pair of shoes in my size they were in stock which is amazing in itself. The other thing is I am a nurse and I can assure you that they had a great supply of men's Crocs for a reasonable price so this might be a frequent stop. A little more variety on the color for the men in nursing. That would be cool you know things that match the uniforms were forced to wear. Lol The staff was courteous kind and quick The checkout even though there was a long line and they were quite busy moved very briskly it's nice to when people know how to do their job That is one thing I will say about the people who work here I had no complaints about them being courteous kind and interactive they also cared that they were not getting you through the line as quick as they wanted to and they were very considerate about that I will go back here. I'm looking at a pair of other shoes they had but I couldn't justify spending that much in one week.

Rude cashier, I was in store on March 10 and as she was ringing up my items she was throwing them into the bag. Never greeted me just rang up items and thrown. I believe her name was Nikki G as stated on receipt. Very bad customer service and maybe she should get another job elsewhere.

I shopped here a couple of weeks back and had lost a receipt for an item I really needed to return. I contacted the store and spoke with Amett, who combed through all of the transactions of the day to find it for me. I was so grateful and amazed at the costumer service provided!!:)

It's okay. To much stuff pushed together. They don't have categories and sizes put together anymore. So for me it looks messy. And I don't like to shop like that. I just wanted womens dress socks. Didn't find any.

Grateful💞
I went to the store to do some shopping, and while I was browsing, my gold diamond ring slipped off. I didn’t notice it until I got home. I returned to the store, frantic, trying to find it around 8 o'clock PM. Two young ladies were working in the ladies' department. I asked if they had seen my ring, and one of them called over the walkie-talkie to see if anyone had found it.
As I continued to look, Maria, one of the staff members cleaning the department, approached me with my ring. I was so happy to get it back! I am truly grateful for honest and genuine people. Thank you, Maria! You made my evening, and I really appreciate you.
