By far some of the best customer service I have ever encountered. The people there were so kind and helpful. I took my car in for a quote and they helped me out quickly. When they determined they couldn't help, they recommended another place to go. They even made a call and scheduled an appointment for me. I am very grateful for their help and definitely recommend them.

Customer service is terrible. Brandon is rude which is the last thing you want to deal with after getting into an accident like I did. I don't recommend.

Every person I dealt with, at both locations, were so helpful, friendly and professional. Having the Enterprise Car Rental on-site was really handy. The work on my car was completed to my satisfaction and in a very timely manner. The car looked great, when I picked it up.

Calibur Collision off of Remington in Fresno is very fast and professional. My car looks so nice after new paint job. They're Tesla certified. So bring your Tesla here.

Horrible experience. The repairs they made are horrible. 1st they left bolts loose and then tried to charge for a whole other part. 2nd the work they did do started making noises and they are saying it is something totally different unrelated to the accident. Come to find out they left another peice loose. 3rd the noises returned and they say my tire bolts are now stripped and need to charge me. Wait you guys are the last ones to ever remove and replace the bolts. Clowns.

Great alternative to getting your Tesla fixed and back on the road. They are the only Caliber certified to work on Tesla cars in Fresno. Great experience overall. Would recommend.
