“If you haven’t checked out this nursery you absolutely should. It’s got a lot of great plants and gardening goodies in addition to it being a great place to hangout. They have live music Thursday-Saturday and also host food trucks and have a beer garden. It’s a great place to post up in the garden and listen to music or visit with friends and family. Plus they are dog friendly too. Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re in the area.”

“All the workers are nice and positive I see to many stupid negative reviews from customers that clearly say they have done wrong too the workers for doing their job or not knowing all the tools, they have to deal with rude customers majority of the time they should be able to refuse service too all the rude customers it ain't right for workers that just go to do their jobs to make a living and have someone go and call them useless and throw a tantrum because a worker couldn't show up fast enough or doesn't know each item in the entire store”
“Great products and service!I was trying to be a repeat customer when I came in to buy a replacement Stihl hedge trimmer. (I thought I had purchased it threeyears ago from the Babcock Co.--actually, it was 5.5 years after I found the invoice. I divided $300. by 5.5, and it seemed about how long one could reasonably expect it to last.) However, replacement would be premature!Phil showed me that the problem I had with my hedge trimmer simple to solve: a throttle cable I somehow knocked out of place! Phil also pointed out that by continued good maintenance and proper gearbox lubrication, I can expect some more years of good service from this equipment. This proves to me that my original purchase from the Babcock Company was a good investment!When (not if!) I buy another Stihl product; I am going to get it from the Babcock Co.When you go there--talk to Phil. He is super knowledgeable and helpful!”
“This review is for Managers Brittney and Kimberly. We ordered a toilet delivery from Home Depot.com. it was delivered by NSD on 6/21/23. The whole tank was broken so the drivers told us to hang on to it till we find out what Home Depot wanted us to do. It was supposed to be picked up by the same company to return to Home Depot on 6/27/23. Couldn't get ahold of them & then called Home Depot & spoke to a CSR from another country. Was on hold for 50 minutes just to have him say he couldn't get ahold of NSD either. I called our local Home Depot on Abby & asked for a manager. Manager Brittney answered and she was so sweet & helpful. She & her co-manager, Kimberly took it on themselves to deliver the new toilet we had ordered & picked up the broken one. All of this as well as having a sweet countenance & huge smiles. God bless them both, it was refreshing to witness actual superior customer service. I recommend that they both get raises and special treatment. It is so rare these days to experience good customer service.Thank you Brittney & Kimberly!!!!”
“Very, very very nice staff!! Everyone that we saw..about 8 people as we walked down aisles, asked us if we were finding everything ok. It was a very nice experience. Another girl who was stocking shelves helped us try to locate a certain type of staple for our hammer stapler. She looked for at least 10-20 minutes trying to find the particular type we needed. I'll gladly shop at this store again!!”

“J&P on Blackstone repair was a lifesaver: often have a lot of gear to fix as they’re so good, I brought my husqvarna zero turn mower in…never took it off the trailer, and the tech looked at the symptoms, found the issue in 5 minutes, fixed it, and I was on my way! That is expertise! They’re my go-to shop!!!”
“A lot of times I would get frustrated at HD because there would be no one around to help, but not today. There was a helpful young man, who helped me find strawberries & the young lady who checked me out was very pleasant & checked on soil for blueberries for me. It was a great experience, unfortunately this store didn't have the soul for my blueberries”
“My shopping today was in the garden section. They have done a bit of rearranging with products along the wall into the store. At first I had a hard time finding small plants stakes, I didn't realize I had walked past them not once but twice! If it was a snake it would have bit me! I did ask where they were located but I guess I was a bit confused. After walking through the plants/flowers/veggies I am getting excited for the weather to warm up a bit! I love my Home Depot!”
