“Recently, the A/C on my Honda CRV went out. I called my local tire shop, who referred me to SNAPP’s. I was able to get an appointment for the next morning, and they diagnosed it quickly. Ted walked me through what was wrong, what needed to be done, what the cost would be, and the turnaround time. He made it all happen, and now my A/C is running like new. “I always come here for my oil change. They make sure to tell you what is almost due and or needed, meanwhile the others are providing the services. Literally takes 15min majority of times. And usually for me that includes them changing air filter, oil change and adding wipers.”

“Payless Brakes & Tires is the place they deliver five Star Treament and stay within your budget and give discounts or wave fee's for you to make it more affordable for your pocket. If had my whole entire front end Suspension done on my 2006 Chrysler 300, I've had all 4 tires, brake calibers, brake pads, rotors, and 4 wheel alignment done on my car, plus had all 4 tires replaced with new one's twice and discounted their prices then every time. As courtesy to their customers they took me home and drop me off when my car had to stay overnight. Now Payless Brakes & Tires are like family now”

Whole experience everyone was friendly. I believe it's family business, If I remember correctly the receptionest name was Patty, Patty was friendly and i dont remember the person who also helped showed the car. From start to finish, it was a breeze and everything was explained. Patty was very helpful and honest with what i should get and what i shouldnt get and the reasons why which i really appreciate the honesty. They even worked past closing time for me. He checked for me to make sure they were working. He then pulled the unit out where now it's sitting where I can easily turn them on. I appreciate all the help he gave me.”

“Normally, I take my vehicle to the dealer for service. They didn't have any openings, and I was slightly overdue for my oil change. The wait was pretty short, and the staff was polite. They asked me if I wanted my windows washed, and I said yes. However, even though they checked it off as completed on the invoice, it was not done. Also checked on the invoice was vacuuming the carpets, which was also not done. They did take a while trying to reset the service interval back to zero. I'll still have to compare pricing to the dealer before my next oil change.”
“Employees are friendly. We visit this location with all of our vehicles. They keep records and make suggestions. There is no pressure for upsale. I would give 5-Stars, but the last time we visited we had to come back. The location was waiting for their oil "replenishment" to get there for servicing. I'm not sure if that was a management issue and proper inventory or a stock issue feom the supplier. When we retuened, the oil change was quick and they checked other fluids and we were on our way. Great service, overall I'd recommend coming here. That's why we do, and with all of our vehicles, as I mentioned prior. (We have 4)”

Happen to be driving by today and thought I would stop in and ask, figuring the least they could do is turn me away. But to my surprise, they were very supportive and fixed the oil gasket that hadn't seated properly. KUDOS to you! ?”
