It was very busy which I knew because it’s back to school. I ordered for pickup stood there for 5 mins and no one said anything. The lady next to me never looked up. I had to go thru the line and KAELYN was soooo nice! She felt bad for what happened. Brianna did help the white lady that was standing there which idk what that was all about. Thank you Kaelyn for just being helpful

Giving three stars because I did easily find the size that I needed. The issue is that the dressing rooms were absolutely filthy. The even bigger issue is my experience at the register. The associate was extremely deceptive. She told me to enter my information for a rewards LOOK UP. I asked her multiple times if this was signing me up for the rewards and she said “no I’m just searching to see if you have one” she ended up signing me up for the rewards program that I was not interested in. It was a very unsettling experience. Up until the point where the screen said “ you have been enrolled” she continue to make it seem as if she was grabbing information to pull my rewards up. I have not made a purchase from Old Navy since before Covid and after that experience, I am not planning on coming back.
