Went through the whole process through Credit Karma, submitted all my documents, went through all the pre-approval steps, received a message stating I was approved and to call. Did just that to ultimately be denied. No debt, great job, good collateral for the loan and all. I felt the lady was like a computer almost seemed like she was reading a script. Doesn't make sense to me but I don't make the rules.

Well, you guys got me all set up with a loan, I called them to complete it. And NEVER CALLED BACK.. What kind of customer service is that? How have you been in business 100 years treating people like this¿ makes me think they are just scamming me, and just stole my information 😐 **** This isn't typical of One main financial **** Well my first time, and last time ever using you!!! DON'T DO IT PEOPLE, THIS IS MY FISRT EXPERIENCE WITH THEM.....

I would not trust this Loan agency. They tell. you that you are preapproved using Credit Karma, and over the phone. When they looked at my credit, and did not want to approve me. I work and got decent credit. Customer Service of loan rep is not professional.

Tried to be helpful, but lack on technology and efficiency. Took two days for an answer. Took a look elsewhere, found a company online (Upstart) took 10 minutes and got a much better option, with 20% more funding and half the interest. YES, HALF!

In the few follow-up phone calls I received making sure I'm ok financially amid the situation with the pandemic, I like that they're professional and address me by my chosen name although legally I'm still under my birth name. They are AWESOME!!!

I was a little hesitant and doubtful on getting a loan due to past denials from other companies, but I'm glad I took a chance with OneMain Financial. Brenda made the whole process as quick and smooth as possible. Brenda was responsive on call backs and was willing to accommodate me due to my work schedule. I would recommend them to anyone looking for assistance when times are tough or need a little help to get through a binde.

There's are no bad things that I can say about One Main Financial. I have been a member for a few years now. In 2021 things are still difficult for us all and when my family and I needed a hand One Main was there to help us and made everything very efficiently and where so helpful. I started as a member in the Selma CA branch and they were great, and luckily for me I am a member to the branch that's close by on W Shaw Fresno CA everyone is great there too, thank you One Main Financial.

It was really so easy to take care of business with one main financial and it was pretty quick too!
