Horrible experience every time! Anytime I order something online I always hope it never gets in the hands of these people because it’s always a problem and they never communicate anything. 0.5/10

Left 3 package on my front walkway on a rainy night. Didn't even put them under the covered front patio.
The delivery track still shows them pending delivery, so we did not even know they were sitting outside. No one rang the bell to notify us.
Over $300 worth of Christmas presents ruined!

HORRIBLE COMPANY. CAN'T MAKE A DELIVERY TO A RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS WITHOUT MAKING AN EXCUSE THEY DON'T HAVE A CODE TO AN UNGATED NEIGHBORHOOD.
