Kaiser is a joke now looks to be more of a place where they say just give me your money and get out. There maybe better departments in here that are better but if you bundle your health and eye care with Kaiser good luck.

Moved from the Bay Area to Clovis 10 years ago. Each time I go to the Fresno Kaiser Optical department it is so disappointing. Why does Kaiser buy nice eyeglass frames for their Pleasanton, Livermore, and Walnut Creek offices but not their Fresno Office? Just because we live in the Central Valley doesn't mean we don't want to wear nice eyeglass frames. Fresno Kaiser has literally the same exact frames year after year and hardly any designer frames at all compared to their Bay Area Kaiser Optical offices.

What is happening with Kaiser? Getting a vision exam seems to be impossible. Past experience was always good, but now I will have to go elsewhere because of no service by Kaiser.

I'm a Kaiser member but have VSP for my optical insurance but was still made an appointment to get my glasses I asked twice for them to check my benefits and make sure that I purchase my glasses through Kaiser and not through a third-party once again I was told to come back in a week when I did so after waiting for an hour I was told I don't have optical Benefits by Kaiser there through VSP as I indicated prior Kaiser optical is one of the worst in the entire country they just literally do not care about you And are beyond rude when you have any question during open enrollment I will be dissolved in my membership with Kaiser all together they have really gone downhill

The birthing center was Ridiculous and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The doctor refused to let me go in the operating room for my daughters C-section, later I find out from other staff I should have been able to be in there. The dr was a joke once my daughter questioned a medication they wanted to give her cause she was nervous about the poss Side effect. After delivery They then tried to put her in a room where everything was broken including the heater stuck on in the middle of summer. She had on an allergy warning bracelet that they put on her but yet was still served strawberries on one of her food trays. She was served gray chicken one meal luckily she noticed before taking a bite. And unthawed but not heated breakfast. There were some very nice nurses, and poss doctors(I'm unsure what their position was)....we were constantly being told different things it's like none of them talk or read The patients charts

First I should say I don't have Kaiser Ins but have considered switching to Kaiser. I needed to call the ophthalmology department for my friend who has Kaiser. After waiting on the phone for 30 minutes I gave up. This is definitely not a company I would choose if I can't reach an operator in 30 minutes. So glad I didn't switch.

Well I can say with certainty this place only cares about your money. Take the money and run basically. Anytime you need to set an appointment you have to call and endure an hour worth of waiting to receive a call back or listen to excruciatingly loud hold music since neither their app or website work for making appointments. $3500 a month for insurance and you can't even use because you can't make an appointment. Who has an hour they can waste in a day when you need an appointment. Also you don't speak to your doctor so they have no idea why they are even seeing you other than some poorly written notes from a non medical professional in a call center. I will be switching.

I had came in 5/31/2022 around 4:40pm for alcohol poisoning. Service was fine but the nurse that helped me was unprofessional. She kept on asking me about my personal life. One of the questions she asked was "so who's all at home?" After telling her I was in a relationship she continue to ask me inappropriate questions. Very unprofessional for someone who is working in the hospital. You would think a RN would have more respect for a someone in a relationship.

Kaiser Permanente is the health care version of Walmart. Dirty, terrible service but cheap and efficient. Thier systematic business model approach to health care is extremely helpful when you just want to get something done. There is nothing better than being in and out of a hospital in less than an hour. So far so good...in the event of a serious illness I'd switch insurance asap tho!!!

The doctors here are very racist, even the nurses. Been in the waiting room for my appointment that was at 2pm got here 20mins early it is now 2:35pm and I'm still waiting but others who had 2:30 appointments have been called back and they all have been white. The pharmacy sucks they never have your medication ready even though they called you and texted you that your medication is ready. Or the one you really need is out. The only thing I can say about this place is the ER is amazing, they actually try to save your life. But with more pills than when you left.

I have had great experiences with Kaiser Medical but so far the optical portion has been a hug let down. You’ll be on hold forever. I called and waited 15 minutes just to have a guy hang up on me. I called back and I was asked to hold, was on hold for another 7 minutes, before I hanged up. I just wanted to make an appointment to purchase glasses as you can’t walk in. Very unprofessional to hang up on someone and I’ll just buy glasses else where.

I went to the ER for back pain. Recently I was diagnosed with kidney stone a few days ago and was discharged home with pain meds. This morning got worse, which the pain meds didn't help at all. I was seen by dr macglory in the ER, and let me tell you how horrible this doctor is. When he came to see me, he wouldn't let me explain why I was there but cut me off each time I try to explain myself. When I came back from cat scan for less than 1 min, he came to give me my results. I was happy to get results quickly but what I was thinking, I never got my results from my Kaiser app. After he left the room, I can hear him telling my nurse that I don't need to be in the er and I'm wasting his time. I was pissed and told my nurse who apologized for him and said maybe he's just having a bad day. Doctors should be more caring. Good luck if you have him as your doctor next time.
