Do not bother going here especially buying an anything! Go down the street to auto zone! my battery is still under warranty and they tested it and said it’s working and the charge is good and won’t replace it. I take down to auto zone down the street and they tell me it’s faulty and dead so I took it too valley battery they said it’s a bad battery. Came back and told them and they still won’t exchange my battery. They say they’re going to charge it only. I literally had to go to another shop to exchange my battery. Never am I buying anything from Riley’s again.. I swear this place is scamming people.

Dude named Frankie needs some customer service training like don’t need to talk to customers like their dumb were not kids were just asking questions and explaining things, it’s not that hard to be polite, don’t need to be acting like you hate your job even if you do.

So they sold me a faulty alternator and you got so much time to return it or it's under warranty something like that and that's great unless you catch the wrong employee on the wrong day I want to return my alternator and I was refused because the young lady they call matha couldn't plug in the machine to test it. I was immediately made to feel like I was trying to pull some kind of scam... Way to lose buisness

All seem in a rush to get you out. Seemed a bit scammy when I purchased a battery. So many clicks of the mouse and not to mention I called ahead of time. Was told 180 for battery over the phone then when I show up he says 240

Rude,bad attitude, hostile, unprofessional. The manage there. The associate was told to test my alternator it took him 20 mins before he came out. Hooked up the machine and goes it's running. We ask don't you hear that noise . He would not answer. He turns around and walks off. His name is Jose do not go to cedar and shields they are very rude.

I called and asked so many questions to make sure they had my parts I needed. They sold me two of the same parts for my suspension and now I’m driving to another location because they don’t have the part to replace mine with. Took my money and sold me the wrong parts. So unprofessional and a waste of money

I bought an alternator there not too long ago. It was sold to me damaged and pre installed and I wasn’t the one who installed it I was just sold that part. I found a cheaper alternator online and decided to go return it the next day they told me no and told me to come back when the person who sold me the part came in. I went in today and was approached by a rude manager who belittled me and made me feel like a child and told me there’s nothing he could do about it and said it’s my fault even though his employee sold me the part and inspected it

Jose, he is an associate who doesn't help anyone. Elder man who have no or little hair. Here is the reason why he have bad customer service, I ask to order spark plug, spark wire and disturbed cap. He asked if I wanted ACDelco, of course. That was the only name band that I have been buy for my truck. The problem was that Jose didn't inform me that they didn't have ACDelco for the spark wire or the cap, just the spark plug. In this case he should asked if I wanted to order. Of course, I did would wait for it. The problem is that you don't go and grab or assume that the customer wanted a certain brand if you were picking out for them. No, if you don't have the customer brand give them option such as ordering. It could arrive a day or 2, it is fine. If customer can't wait they can buy other name brand. Jose needed to give customer option and PLEASE help out customer too. You don't send customer to aisel and assume they can find the item or picking the right item. There was just me and one customer, you could have done more. STOP being lazy and really do customer service. If anyone shop there, avoid this guy, name JOSE elderly man who have no hair or bald. Every bad customer service, this is the second time I met him. Make sure you request another associated to help you instead of this guy.
