I bought a car a few years ago here i barely have mileage the car already has a check engine light even if it has low mileage they say they cant do anything that one little issue cause it doesn’t have warranty!!!!(MOST DEALERS HAVE A CERTAIN MILEAGE TO HELP OUT but found out too LATE) and also because years have passed.. At this point im regretting. BADLY!!! being a WOMAN. Is even more IRRITATING AND DIFFICULT! ??♀️?

When I messaged him online, he gave me the impression that the price is negotiable.When I got to the dealership, he insisted on the listed price. When I showed him the messages, he told me that a 13 year old was replying to my messages. He wasted my time, and the whole experience was unprofessional.

They sold me a way over priced car. The car has body damage that they concealed well. 6 months later my car roof starts cracking off. Took it to a repair shop and they used a magnet. There is no metal just Bondo covering the back half of the roof. They did not disclose this. They are sketchy and trying to get one over on you. Buyer beware

My brother just purchased a car from them two months ago and it already broke down. Does not start and it leaked oil and they refused to help us out. Bad place to buy a car the only reason they have as many good reviews as they do is because if we leave a review we get a full tank for the car we get.

They act all friendly on social media but in person they are unprofessional, rude, and pushy. My wife was about to buy a used car from them luckily i was able to pull her out of the deal. Car was 9k above kelley blue book and wasn't in the best condition as it was advertised. It was a very awkward and uncomfortable experience. Salesman have no idea what they are selling so do research on your own if you can.

Own a car o review. My boyfriend bought a car and engine light was on and he only had it two days. They won't help him at all and he is stuck with the car. They only want money. Bad service and crooked crooks. Very very pushy and not helpful at all. no star rating. very bad

Was here earlier today, the experience was rather weird! I checked their inventory online before coming here, I am also pre-approved with golden 1 and the reason I considered this place is due to the fact that they are listed as a preferred dealership through the Golden 1 website. Once I got to the location I was greeted by their manager Shaun who immediately after I mentioned I was pre-approved through G1, he immediately cut me off of my sentence and said they do not do business with G1. He explained that due to a past experience where G1 recommended another place to a customer in front of Shaun, also due to the bank requiring for the dealership to bring the title to the branch they rather not do business with them.. although I understood his reasoning, own a car lot2 is listed as a preferred location with G1 and I believe they should honor that. If they are not doing business with G1 then you should ensure that you are removed accordingly from G1 page.Another thing that was concerning to me was their pricing, like I mentioned earlier, I checked their site online prior to coming here to get an idea of their pricing. I had came across a vehicle that is listed for about $15,000 & in the lot they have it tagged with a much higher price… I believe it was priced at $25,000 or higher at the lot as opposed to what they advertise online. I questioned the price difference and Shaun said the online displayed price is for cash payment… nowhere in their website or any of the websites where their posts are displayed does it mention that they have a price difference based on payment method. Also the car is not worth the $25000 or more as it does already have a lot of miles. It just seems like a way for them to profit more.Although I do agree that G1 process is a bit different, they are willing to do business with anyone however they are strict about verifying the true value of a car to ensure they are not overpaying on a car which I also believe this may be a factor as to why own a car lot 2 is refusing business with them.. they aren’t able to overprice their vehicles when the bank is verifying the true car value before paying the dealership.I might be a woman and might appear illiterate but it doesn’t mean I do not have common sense. I also believe that things happen for a reason so I will take my business elsewhere.

Bought a 2018 dodge in January for a very high rate just to have engine failure the next dayHad to buy a brand new car they failed to tell me that the 70,thou miles car had 4 previous owners and had been in a serious wreck they provided no Carfax to me I was taken advantage of seriouslyMy friend who’s also very young went in to purchase a vehicle that’s a 2017 Hyundai that is now having engine issuesPLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS OWN A CAR THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER PLACES YOU CAN GET APPROVED AT AND GET A CERTIFIED CAR

Shaun is a fantastic sales manager who provides excellent service and is trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable,helpful,friendly and works hard to make sure you are totally satisfied with your purchase. His brother Mo is equally fantastic and they only sell quality cars that have been carefully picked at auction. I am very happy to have found this superb company to do business with and they had very competitive and fair prices. They do not try to upsale you on stuff you don't need and they get sales because they treat people right and they don't gouge. Very impressed with everything about this dealership. I've experienced many dealerships and this one is top in my book.James
