Just had replacement of my Airsence 10. Lasted about 4-years and thought that the replacement was being under warranty but learned that it was actually sold as a replacement. I understand that it will be covered by my insurance but doesn't make that fair.

the absolute worst customer service ever! Avoid this place if you can. I've been using their oxygen for 6 years. they only deliver supplies 1 time monthly to my area. Just called today to get on the list for next week only to be told they no longer service my area and i need to see my doctor to find another source! It's unbelievable to me that they would not notify patients who are on oxygen that you're no longer able to get supplied. Wtf, it's OXYGEN!!

Don’t come to these crooks for information and help.If you weren’t an original patient here (not my fault my home office shut down that issued my CPAP) they basically tell you to screw off.One of those typical “all hail the mighty dollar, screw the patient/customer” medical companies

11 months passed and we still can't get my moms oxygen replaced.Made at least 20 calls, I get transferred and no one seems to know what's going on they just transfer me again or give me another number to call or send me to voice-mail. Horrible place!

I’ve been trying for over a year and a half to have someone pick up my oxygen tank. Called both the Fresno office and the 800 #. They won’t make an appointment for someone to pick it up. They just say well if someone is coming your way they will stop by. Then I started getting bills for $500. I paid someone to drop it off at the Madera location, but it was closed so that was money wasted. Ridiculous

The worst customer service on the planet! I am trying to schedule a pick up of an oxygen tank. Can't speak to a person. The first call I was on hold 17 minutes and got disconnected. The second time I was on hold 28 minutes and got disconnected again! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! BEYOND FRUSTRATING!!! I call this CUSTOMER NO SERVICE!!!!

Pacific pulmonary is the worst company ever. They don't provide the oxygen in a timely manner. Please don't send any referrals to this company it would be great if they would go out of business. This post is from a doctors office with a very bad experience to one of our patients.
