The food that I ordered was completely different from what I received. The container was labeled correctly, but the contents were incorrect. The portions were extra small, and I ended up throwing the contents away. I usually have a wonderful experience with this chain, but I'm very disappointed with this experience.

Always friendly to customers, food really is good here. Don't change what you do to the chow main. Gone to another panda express and there chow main was terrible. Thank you for cooking that with flavor.

So, I'm leaving this review as an apology as well. I get ragoons from here a lot, and sometimes they forget the sweet and sour sauce. For me, that is the perfect combo, and they aren't that good to me without the sauce. So I called and asked them to please put it in the bag. Since a lot of the Uber drivers' English isn't there native language so I understand the confusion sometimes. So my food gets here, and normally, there are sweet and sour packets strewn throughout the bag. There was not. I immediately went into Karen mode like a putz when I didn't see any. Go to Uber app, lodge my complaint, and leave feedback . I didn't ask for any money back as food is always delicious. I get the Beijing beef along with it. After I start to eat my food I see a separate container. Well guess what that was full of. Yes.... Sauce packets. I'm so embarrassed. So I'm leaving a well deserved 5 star review and now have plenty of sweet and sour packets for future orders. The lady who answered the phone. You deserve a raise. Thank you so much, and again, apologies for rash feedback on the Uber app. You all didn't deserve it. I highly suggest the Beijing beef. It's sweet and slightly spicy. Will certainly be back!!!!

They are rude and are always forgetting food they charge you for. Truthfully if you do come here double and triple check your order and receipt.

So I go through their drive through on my lunch hour for the first time.. no line.. and my food was ice cold. So I call 3 hrs later when I get off of work and someone answers, hectic and says “WHO THIS IS!?” Then I say excuse me, can I speak to a manager and he responds in normal Panda Express etiquette, then quickly hangs up on me. I called back literally 4 times an hour for 3 hours straight with no answer. So it’s safe to say they’re clearly avoiding complaints…I ultimately called corporate and got my order replaced and filed a lengthy complaint because at this point… who do they have running this place??I didn’t even get a fortune cookie.I can’t make this up.Definitely giving Ghetto… smh

I ordered 4 meals , and I only got 2 fortune cookies. I also ordered sweetfire chicken and received Orange chicken. I just kinda expect to get 4 fortune cookies and the food that i ordered. 3 stars.

I really wish there was another fast food Chinese restaurant I could go to in my area. Every...single...time this restaurant messes up my order by deleting a portion or just making an error. I can understand it happening on the odd occasion or two but literally every single time this happens to me no matter the location. Panda Express owes me many complete meals now with what I have paid for but never received. I had ordered Black Pepper Chicken, Orange Chicken and Mushroom Chicken. I did not receive the Orange Chicken and the Black Pepper Chicken was missing the chicken! I only got onions with the black pepper chicken sauce but no actual chicken. Unbelievable!
