I’ve been purchasing from this store since it opened and the manager, Nicole knows me by name and she knows just which pieces I will like. An identity thief attempted to use my Pandora card in the store and they denied it, as they should have. When the manager found out, she contacted me to let me know and also contacted nearby Pandora stores and found one who DID accept this thief’s fake representation. I appreciate the due diligence taken at this store in helping protect my credit and maintaining a positive relationship with me.

the biggest waste of money ever. their return policy sucks, i spent $50 on a stopper for my bracelet for the purpose of stopping my charms from falling should my bracelet be unhooked. The stopper clip was faulty and fell off and my bracelet ended up falling apart. Nothing can be done despite me having a faulty clip and losing it.

my boyfriend went in and got my ring resized and the worker told him "if it doesnt fit her you can give it to me" very disrespectful .

I was not greeted, when I needed clarification on a return I did not enjoy the way I was talked to… the tone, the demeanor, & the information I was provided was not ideal. My initial associate knew nothing about what to do because if she did I feel a lot could have been avoided and then when a second associate came that is when I felt very profiled and brushed off. I did not feel I was treated the best I could be. I felt very “the least of their worries” I love the jewelry and everything I purchase from here (ONLINE) but in person is not my preferred and never will be going forward. I will now make purchases in-person if needed with Pandora in Macy’s. They know how to make your experience a good oneI do not want a response stating “thank you for voicing your concerns… contact us at…”Yeah, no thank you. I just think others need to hear about this experience as well as others because I’m more than positive me contacting whoever is not going to fix how I felt this day going in.

Went to this location with my girlfriend so she could use her Christmas gift cards. There were other people there being helped by employees so we patiently waited. When one worker became available instead of heading our way to see if we needed help finding something, decided to walk towards a couple that had just walked in. Worst customer service. My girlfriend and i walked out!

My daughter received a ring for Christmas and 2 stones have fallen out within 2 weeks of having. Returned to store for exchange with original receipt and the store manager Nicole stated the ring was bent after another employee approved exchange. When I asked for the ring to take elsewhere because she was rude she refused to give me my ring. Finally my daughter got it from her and she stated doesn’t fall far from the tree. Leaving my daughter in tears. Horrible!!!! Similar reviews have been posted. Looks like Nicole is ruining the Pandora name.

I do like the jewelry but the service is nor so great. When I first bought my chram bracelet I was happy. We go the warranty on the charms and bracelet. Then my home was broken into, I was not able to find my bracelet. I was told pandora does not cover lost or stolen items. The warranty is if something on the charms or bracelet had broken or fallen off. This was told to me when I went in to buy a new bracelet and charms on the week of the buy 250 or more to get a free bracelet. When I asked to get the rose gold bracelet I qualified for they said it was out of stock. I asked is there a way to wait untill a new shipment came in. I was told all they had was the silver bracelet and if they do not have it then I would not receive one. I took the bracelet but was disappointed in the service and false advertising. I feel if they were out of the bracelet then should of told us before we spend the money. Instead they just wanted the sale and told us after we bought the bracelet. Now that I gave a three star review I was replied to by the owner. I called the store Nicole said to call corporate. When I called the store gave me the customer service number. The woman I talked to did not give a name but transferred me to another department and the phone call ended with no opinion to leave a voice mail. Now I really do not feel I was taken seriously and feel they deserve one star.

They all definitely need training in customer service. They didn’t greet me or the 4 other group of customers that came in while I was waiting. A stone fell out of my ring so I brought it in for replacement. I stood around for a good 20-25 minutes while the girl appeared to be looking for the replacement. Then I was told that my ring was bent and there’s nothing they could do about it. I see what they are talking about but it makes no sense based on how the ring is made. It’s not a hollow ring as one of the girls confirmed so how can one side be flat- not bent- but the opposite side is not. The inside is still perfectly round. It was a waste of money and I’ll definitely never buy any of their products again. I’ve purchased cheaper rings that are way more sturdy and have had zero issues. Those rings I actually wear everyday. I wouldn’t be so upset if I actually got a decent amount of wear from it. I originally purchased the ring at their Vegas location in Mandalay Bay and the customer service there was actually amazing but I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone.

I’m absolutely disgusted N disappointed at this location I was sent to this location to pick up my online order as soon as I walked in I wasn’t greeted by anyone not that I had to but would have loved to been greeted with a hello or welcome something! Finally I approached one of the lady’s behind the counter and told her I was here to pick up my Online order the lady was so disrespectful to me I told her not to talk to me in that tone because I wasn’t rude to her she started telling me I had to leave her store and to get my package from another location because she can refuse service security was calling and he was able to get me my package I left the store crying and sad the lady’s name was ((Nicole)) I WOULD NEVER COME TO THAT LOCATION AGAIN BTW SHE WAS THE Manager

The entire staff is great. They even offered to clean my bangle for free as I browsed the charms. I had gone in specifically for the new little mermaid charm, but they were very accommodating when I asked about other charms and bracelets. Cece was great helping me get a charm off my warped bangle. Though we rarely go to Fashion Faire Mall, I know when I need more charms, bracelets, and such, we will definitely go to that Pamdora store.

I am so incredibly displeased with the service I was given on Friday May 12, 2023 around 4pm. First, the manager that helped me started off saying they wont clean my 500$ bracelet due to the Mothers Day weekend sale, that makes absolutely no sense. Then I had the worst customer service experience with the worker named "Connie" yet she had a gold necklace with a D around her neck, so who knows if that is her real name. I have never felt more like a burden in a store, where I am spending hundreds of dollars to feel this way. I am extremely high up in customer service and to be told that I need to be more careful with my bracelet when she did not even know how many times I wore it is disgusting to just assume. I needed to get a bracelet charm fixed as well that I only had for a couple months and she made me feel like I was a burden that was reckless, when she doesn't even know who I am. Then proceeded to just blatantly stare at me as if I was an idiot. I will be contacting Pandora HR as well because of how horrible this experience was.

I have bought 3 bracelets from Pandora, absolutely love the jewelry there. Two of the times I've gone in there with my husband we've had the same young lady help us, I believe her name is Liz. She is great, she conformed to what were looking for and we always leave happy with our purchase. She even convinces my husband on a few extra (NEEDED) charms.
