We were not late in picking up our pizza, but it was clearly made way ahead of time and overly soft. We like to cook ours on the grill after first baking it for 10 minutes. You couldn't even remove it from the cardboard. It came off in pieces and made a mess in our oven. Lost a lot of toppings. We do this everytime without a problem, but it was made a long time ago and was way overheated instead of refrigerated this time. This was our first order at this location. Will have to go to a different one. I recommend you order right before you come and get it.

These pizzas are very tasty. Seriously you can get a pizza for about $14-$18 as opposed to $35. All you have to do is take it home and heat it up. It’s not hard. I really like Papa Murphy’s I like the idea and that’s why it’s lasted for 30 years or more because the pizza is good quality at a lower price. All you have to do is heat it up in the oven..

The best service from every Papa Murphy's pizza I've gone to. Every time of gone they have been extremely helpful to offer the best deals available. The place is very clean, never out of stock on pizza options and the service again, is exceptional. I will remain a customer.

This location has historically been the absolute best in Fresno. However, in the last couple of months things have really gone downhill. The once happy, energetic staff now appear to be unhappy and stressed out. I have noticed that they have recently begun to close earlier. Their hours state SUN-TH 11-8 and FRI-SAT - 11-9:15. I went on a Tuesday at 7:30 and was literally turned away. I attempted to call in an order on a Friday at 8:15 and was told that no more orders were being taken for the evening. I am unsure as to what has changed recently, but the changes aren't good!
