Nicole is so rude! I can’t believe this is a Manager!!! How did that happened?! Horrible customer service! If you don’t want to work, just say you don’t want to work! Eyes rolling huffing and puffin. Please promote someone with better customer service skills, because Nicole is not fit for this job. We got help from Sandy and she was amazing!!! Great customer service skills and very kind.

Horrible customer service, was not satisfied how things were handle upon arrival. I bought a body jewelry within the 90 days, had my piercing for 2months and already fell off my ear keep in mind it’s a screw on. I was unable to return due to back piece missing, understandable but was not even offered a discount to purchase another one or nothing! Don’t waste your money on this cheap jewelry place!
