I've been here 3 times and found 5+ times. As I was checking them over each time, they ALL had holes from the way they tag their items. Please teach your employees to put the price tags on the shirt tags and not in the middle of a shirt to leave a hole once the tag is cut off. If the shirt doesn't have a size tag, then put your tag in the crease of the seam, not in the middle of the arm of the shirt.Do the managers care? I talked to the cashier about this when I was in a few months ago and went back, and nothing has changed.

Waste of time. Very unorganized. A lot of young workers behind the counter talking rather than helping. When I went to trade my clothes, they had me waiting for an hour. Their prices are ridiculously high. Felt very uncomfortable there unfortunately. This place used to be a lot better.

I came in to sell with a friend of mine, and they only want SHEIN, tik tok, and new stuff otherwise it doesn’t matter. For it being second hand stuff they have a lot of rules regarding it. There’s too many employees on staff for it being not busy. All they do is talk and talk and even talking about tik tok items they want to buy from customers. They don’t have any style, all of it is incredibly basic and very ugly. Their prices are way more than it’s actually worth, they just steal from you. They didn’t even call out our names to say they’re ready, it’s all disorganized, and very particular about stuff. Isn’t this for low income? I used to always come here and it’s been very good to me but lately they hire internet obsessed young adults who have no idea what they’re doing. Takes forever to even check out one person.

If you enjoy finding treasures in consignment shops, this is the place to go. I have found some great items at really good prices-nice jackets and true religion jeans to name just a couple. The only negative thing I would say is it may seem a bit cluttered but I think they might be overwhelmed with how many items people drop off. But other than that, it’s located right across the street from the mall so you can really save some money and decide to shop here instead!

Nice friendly people. One guy brought in a pair of shoes. He got $18. Nothing special! BUT ... we came from Visalia. 4 tubs full + two bag gulls. We got tired of waiting and left for food. We just sat to eat and they called to say they're done. I watched how long they take with each item. There's no way they looked at all the stuff. We just went down the street. No way. They said not in date. Possibly some but we looked a Long time and we had Much of the SAME as in store. Many short shorts. American rag jeans for example. Barely used sandles and shoes. Like what I saw. I didn't know my new black comfort stretchy pant were in there with the $44 dollar tag!! I think DICKIES) Many people need these for work from taco bell to Red Lobster and high-end like Texas Road house. This shows me they really didn't look. Things were messed up on top so they probably did the top. The Asian (?) Lady spent a really long time looking at her friends items asking about hubby etc... she didn't take all her stuff but she took longer with that one small batch than ours hands down. They did take some items. I don't think they are a good a place. Lost our business forever. I won't go to any of them ever. And by the way the black New pants were in style: not super skinny, not bell bottoms, but straight tampered legs with pockets. As most our items looked pretty much like the stores. Really..

One of my all time favorite places to shop, good pieces for nice clothes and shoes. The employees are always friendly and very helpful.

It's iight the prices aren't really thrift prices. Expensive compared to local mom and pop locations

I brought in two bags of clothes, and they bought 17 items. I feel that they offered a fair price. I got there about 10:30am, so it wasn’t too packed yet. The estimated buy time was about 45 minutes to an hour and an half. It ended up taking about an hour, but I was able to browse and find some really nice stuff. I got a cute Guess purse for a great price, and the friend I brought with me found 3 purses and a pair of nice booties! All of the associates were so nice and very pleasant to work with, so I’m surprised by the bad reviews. They greeted me with a warm smile as I walked in and said to have a nice day when I left. Honestly, I would recommend coming early and going through your clothes. If they look old, worn, and out of style, they’re not going to buy it. If it’s brand new with tags, go back to the store and get your return back. ?♀️

Yesterday I attended the Black Friday sale and to say the least it was obviously chaotic. People were cutting in line, sitting in other peoples chairs and not giving them their spot back, and some people put three chairs out to hold their spot and brought 10 more people to stand in line with them. I definitely think that their needs to be a better system in place as far as how they do things for this event so that it is fair and equal opportunity is giving to everyone. Other than that once I voice my concerns to the manager on shift which was Jerry he took them into consideration and helped us out with the situation without hesitation. He kept his team going and in good spirits and did his best to calm the chaos in the store! Overall I do love this store and I came out with some awesome things!

Clothes being checked by young kids who rejected Brand new clothes with tags purchased less then 2 months ago, Ann Taylor’s pencil skirts dry cleaned rejected. Cheetah heels valued at $250 was said not to be for teens. This store was taking huge bags with tags I guarantee we’re stolen.
