This hotel is a hidden gem, I'm telling you every single time I come here I'm amazed how clean the bathrooms are!! like I have ocd and I will inspect to try to find a single hair on the bed and in the shower. not because I want it..but because I want to find before it finds it's way on to my skin and Idk how they do it! I cant find one single hair!! thank u to the cleaning ladies!! you guys are the reason my anxiety is non exzistante, anyways, it's honest to God my num one pic when coming to Fresno. due to the fact that I know without any doubt, they do an exquisite job cleaning. whoever pays these women, please give them a raise. I'm just saying when u can find jobs being done that well? you wouldn't want them to be able to find anywhere else to go they clearly have this place so well managed and they will go out of their way to help u even sometimes not even speaking any English, they know the launguage of knowing when someone could use a hand. and they will run to u when ur hands are full and help open ur door... gosh I wish! I could take them home with me and pay them more than whoever pays them and lastly they are so nice most hotels bug and knock on ur door and are loud when it's morning talking to one another they don't do that here. they are so respectful!

called Sept 27th 915 PM to find out if I could cancel my reservation. Person that was working the desk was very rude and would not give me info I needed. Kept telling me she had beople wating and was very busy. I kept trying to ask her for help with what I needed but she was very hostile and just hung up on me.I have stayed at numerous hotels and have never had anyone working the front desk be so rude, she should not be dealing with the public.

My friend actually stayed here. But I visited him and enjoyed the lobby area which includes a kitchen for the guests to use.

Where do I begin. Well, first of all I got to the hotel after 9 pm and the parking lot was almost full which gave me hope of security as I was traveling alone, but when I pulled in there was a huge broken branch that was dangling from a tree in a parking spot I attempted to park in. Then I went to check in, and I could hear music and people laughing in the parking lot. As I came back to my car to get my things, I could hear people talking which scared me. There was not a lot of light in the parking lot. As I took the outside stairs up to the second floor, I saw a man loitering behind the building. There was no security lock on the entrance door and the hallway was outdated and clearly needed new carpet. I couldn’t get into my room fast enough, I was scared. I quickly locked myself in. I always carry hand wipes so I wiped everything down. Right away the room smelled like cigarettes and the furniture was very outdated and the chair in the room was clearly dirty, several black stains on the carpet. The air conditioning unit was gross and dirty and the lid was missing. I closed the curtain and tried to calm down. Though the bathroom appeared clean and stocked with toiletries, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I tried to save money and I got what I paid for. ??

Lady at the desk in the morning was great! Would have been a bad experience if not for her.The room and security were questionable and or missing? Not sure why they don’t have the security swipe fixed, but it was a little sketchy. Someone definitely came by and pulled our door handle, so that should be a top priority to replace for ownership.

This is a good room, I procrastinated as I do and booked last minute for ONLY 133$ for 3 people for 1 night! Pretty good right, and it was pretty good, really close to Taco Bell! Had a mean feed there, lady at desk was really nice and helpful and also there’s ice as well and the vibes are good too :)Rooms: Clean and has everything you need even makeup removerNearby activities: Taco Bell

This place is like really not a desirable location nor are the amenities any better. It smelled like marijuana like dirty stinky and very loud you get what you pay

I stayed at this hotel for three days with my children, and unfortunately, we deeply regret our choice. The breakfast was passable, but it lacked hot options and proteins. However, the main issue was the safety of the area. The location felt suspicious, and the surroundings were unclean. In all my years of staying at various hotels, I have never encountered a broken window in my room, which further heightens my safety concerns. Moreover, there were concerns about the hotel's security. The guest rooms and leasing office are in separate buildings, there was a card key lock to enter the hall which was not functioning, so anyone can get inside. On the last day of my stay, while I was in the room, someone attempted to break in, but fortunately, I had a door latch, so they simply left it open. The lack of security measures at this hotel is troubling, and guests need to extra cautiousIt is essential to provide a secure environment for all guests.

First off, I had already booked a queen size room and once I went to check in the lady at the desk said that we didn't need that room and put us in a twin bed room? And then told us there was a $150 deposit?? Where does it say that on anything, then she said I'd get my deposit back in a couple days? But saw another review saying they never sent the money back to them. The room was only supposed to be $135 for the night I stayed and ended up paying close to $250 for a dump. Then me and my boyfriend got to the room and it smelled gross and mold was on the ceiling, the doors to enter the building weren't even locked so anybody can come in. Then they have a sign saying if anybody's cars are broken into it's not their fault, yet it's on their property with dozens of homeless and dealers out there, not safe at all. Pool was locked up way before closing time, and also check out was at 12pm and we got knocked on our door saying check in wasn't at that time and told us to leave?? Save your money and go to a hotel elsewhere, you will be disappointed with your stay.

Staff here are extremely nice and friendly. Rooms are clean. Surrounding area is clean as well. Continental breakfast is perfect and they give you a good variety of food items to choose from.

Just like there are 2-star (Yelp) 4-star (hotel class) properties, there are 4-star (Yelp) 2-stars (hotel class). This property is firmly in the latter. Expect a solid performance all around without much flash. The grounds, lobby and rooms were clean, tidy and functional, if a bit dated in style and worn in condition.Late-night check-in was surprisingly friendly and memorably efficient with the clerk mentioning a maintenance issue with one of the security doors that was being addressed, fixing a room type miscue and offering an update on the prevailing breakfast situation (currently: grab-n-go selections, with no in-lobby dining allowed). In and out within 5 minutes, with a flier friendly Choice Privileges welcome hand sani welcome gift? Perfectly smooth. On the airport side of the canal, the Quality Inn is truly walking distance from FAT (10-15 minutes, with only one major intersection, little elevation change and pretty good sidewalks the whole way), making this an attractive pre-flight/post-flight option.

Honestly a solid 4 star place! Very clean and the staff was nice. Stayed here 1 night and it was a pleasant experience. Everything was very clean. The small outdoor pool was nice and warm in the summer, water is very clean. The room was spacious and clean, easy no frills. Parking was a bit tight but expected during peak summer months. Location is not convenient but everyone has a car. 10min to Clovis. Definitely recommend

Not bad. Not the Hilton, but not a dump either. The bad: 1. Peephole is completely missing from the door. Improvised, adapted and overcame by sticking a rag in the hole. 2. Price was a bit steep IMHO. This style hotel in Nevada is 90 a night, if that. I paid $112.70 for the nightThe good:1. Fridge and microwave in room2. AC works almost too good3. Other than the peephole issue, very well maintained hotel4. Room was very clean5. Cable, Fox News6. Bed is comfy. King has 4 pillows7. WiFi is fast8. Area is decent. 9. Next to a Shell station open late10. Very quiet despite being less than a half a mile from 2 active runways. Not bad. May be back...
