The phlebotomist was one of the most technically competent I have experienced. However, he was not friendly at all. I don't think he ever looked me in the eye. He seemed very arrogant and annoyed that he was having to work. There was not a single other patient in the building so I don't think it was because he was so busy.
The site also did not have the 24 hour take home test I needed and when I asked how I could get it I was told that I had to go to other sites and look for it. I asked if he could call another location or if they had an inventory system that he could check so I didn't have to drive around town. He said there was nothing like that and I would just need to go to another location. I ended up going to 5 different locations to find the test I needed. It was a very frustrating process. Do better Quest

Most of the time the phlebotomists at this location are very friendly and professional. This guy was very unpleasant and obviously didn't want to be there. I felt like I was inconveniencing him. I am never anxious to have blood drawn but this time he made me. I feel fortunate he found the vein and didn't bruise my arm.

Your computer system that checks you in suggest an appointment time but it also asks if you will be waiting on site but instead of putting you on a waiting list for any earlier appointments that may pop up it jumps people ahead of you becuase it so happen when they register and an earlier appointment appeared that's ridiculous and unfair to those who arrived and waited in the office first

This location does not follow protocol for stat testing. I’ve been to other locations and they all follow the same protocol. Not sure why this location doesn’t.

Came in for a glucose test. Nurse told me “we will call you when the hour is up.” Waited in my car at the location so I wouldn’t miss my call. No call for over an hour. I walk in 10 minutes after my hour is up. Get scolded and told they’ve been calling me so I missed my time. I explain that I didn’t receive any call and she said no you weren’t supposed to leave. No one told me this I say you have my number on file I was literally sitting in my car outside. She says no can’t do the test and walks away. I wait for her to give me the test again. Someone walks out ask if I’ve been helped. I tell the story she comes back out and says “you need to make another appointment” I walk to the kiosk and she says no now you have to fast for 8 hours again. Like are you serious still not being clear.
Idk who hears “we will call you” and thinks you have to stay here we will just yell out your name?! Thanks for wasting my time making me fast and then get nothing done. Btw I’m 6 months pregnant so fasting is not easy and makes me nauseous. Won’t be coming back to this Quest.

No real complaint about the facility. I have major issues with your corporate culture and overall business practices. The only thing you haven't automated is the actual blood draw. I'm expecting next time that I have to do my own, or there will be a robot to stick my arm into to do the draw, or worse, hold my smart phone up to my wrist to get the required reading. I prefer to speak to a living breathing human. YOU don't seem to hold that same paradigm. As a corporation, YOU SUCK.

It's always packed and no where to sit, ever! But the staff is pretty nice! :) if it wasn't for the friendly staff and how close it is to my house I would definitely pick a different location. The office is SO SMALL!
