Poor customer service. Without an appointment the check in system tells you the wait could be an hour. Waiting an hour and I am still #4 on the waiting list. No one on waiting list has been called off the waiting list in an hours time.

My phlebotomist was courteous and professional. Very personable and knowledgeable, I was made to feel completely comfortable throughout the whole procedure. She was truly an artist at her craft. Thank you Quest Diagnostics.

Check in process with quite despondent and distant due to the fact that its computerized. And I wasn't a big fan of workers coming in and out of the entry door to the lab entry door. You need better signage because you are very hard to see because y'all are tucked in between all these other medical offices. And FOR THE LOVE OF GOD put some trash cans in your waiting room!!

Making online appointments is quick and convenient. I appreciate some locations have Saturday hours. Just don't try to call as they don't answer the phone.

Horrible wait time. Checked in a little after 10. Been waiting 1.5hrs. No one comes out unless an appointment checks in. Keeping stand by people waiting. The screen showed only 1 being served, a group of appointments check in and all of a sudden there are people available to take customers back. Been in the #1 spot for 45 minutes. Now at 1130 someone come out saying we probably won't get to all the standby waiting. Ridiculous.

Leaving my doctor's office, I was able to jump on their website, schedule an appointment 30 mins away and get my blood drawn. Their multiple locations made it easy as one is less than a 2 minute drive from my house. I checked in online and was told to wait in their waiting room. 1 minute later, they had called me back for my blood draw. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Would recommend.
