I waited about 25 minutes after my set appointment to be seen, but the phlebotomy technician was every friendly and professional. I had unpleasant experiences before at other Quest Diagnostic centers, but the technicians at this site are very calm and do not leave my arm bruised. I will be scheduling my future appointments at this location from now on.

We recently returned to Fresno, after having moved away for 25 years.
The QUEST facilities in a Fresno seem much more seamless & efficient. This was my third appointment for a blood draw and, the 1st & 2nd were as effort free as this one!

Amanda was absolutely amazing. Not exaggerating when I say this was the best blood draw experience I have ever had--from making the appointment to check-in, zero wait time and then Amanda's incredibly sweet and professional demeanor. Plus, I don't know how she did it, but I didn't even feel the needle go in. This woman deserves employee of the year! Thank you, Amanda!

The staff at the site on Recreation Ave. are all very helpful, polite, professional, kind, efficient, skilled, knowledgeable, accommodating, and excellent at what they do. I also appreciate the online appointment scheduling process.

Convenient location,right next to my Doctors office. The woman who took my blood was knowledgeable and was able to get it right away which was great because I have had major problems with blood draws.

I’ve had blood work done twice at this location, both with appt times. Quick, efficient and usually out within 5 to 10 minutes, and friendly staff!

I’ve been going to quest for many years and I had the best experience ever with Luna yesterday. She was working by herself and was very fast and efficient. I was super impressed with this worker, and I hope Quest treats her well, if not and Luna you are reading this we can use wonderful phlebotomists like yourself at Kaiser! Seriously she was awesome.

I just went to have some blood drawn today & I had the best experience. I was a whole 10 mins late (my bad), but I was greeted quickly and kindly. I had some questions about the price of the test, and both ladies explained everything to me & made sure I understood every single test being done. I had started to feel really woozy & both staff members in the office were quick to get me ice, a pan, and even a snack to keep me from passing out. The care and quickness they had to ensure I felt better was amazing. I've never been taken such good care of at any quest I've been to. This location is a little far out of my way, but it will be the only location I return to now!! Thanks again to the two phlebotomists who helped me out.
