I just went to have some blood drawn today & I had the best experience. I was a whole 10 mins late (my bad), but I was greeted quickly and kindly. I had some questions about the price of the test, and both ladies explained everything to me & made sure I understood every single test being done. I had started to feel really woozy & both staff members in the office were quick to get me ice, a pan, and even a snack to keep me from passing out. The care and quickness they had to ensure I felt better was amazing. I've never been taken such good care of at any quest I've been to. This location is a little far out of my way, but it will be the only location I return to now!! Thanks again to the two phlebotomists who helped me out.

The gentleman there was absolutely nice. He is working alone and is managing to do it all on his own so kudos to him ?

wish I could give negative stars. I went today and the guy (bald one)was at reception and at the back end too(same guy) doing blood samples, he lied that I have to deposit $250 just in case insurance doesnt go through. He told me that he cannot do blood work until I gave him credit/debit card. After contacting insurance they said in principal they can do, they cannot force anyone to give credit or debit card. They have to bill to insurance like all do. Didnt like his attitude behaving as if he is doing some favors. Told me that I cannot checking before my appointment time but when I opened app link, it was 10 min before I can check in. So lot of false information

I got there at 730am. When they opened. 1 person infront of me. And the receptionist wouldn't let me be a standby/ walkin. He refused service to me. He told me to go else where.

Appointments are the way of Quest, and you really won't get far without them. Create them online or by phone. Sure you can use the kiosk to do a walk in, but if there are no spaces available, the system will prompt you to schedule an appointment instead. There are no humans in the front lobby/waiting area, just the kiosks. So if you get frustrated with technology or hate waiting, or don't like to be told "no", just play it safe and schedule an appointment! This goes for any Quest.. Be sure to check their business hours and be sure to consider if your testing will require you to come back in a specific amount of time, their business hours seem to fluctuate from what is on the website, what is on yelp and what is dictated on the phone machine. And no, the website won't automatically take this into consideration for you when you are booking the website. This location was great, I was in and out during my times. When I arrived I checked in from my vehicle using the text messaging system, then I walked in and was called almost immediately. The lady was nice enough, but you could tell she was moving quickly! She gave me my glucose drink, gave me things I could/could not do in the next hour, then told me the time I needed to be back by. She said I could wait in my car, go home or run errands, just to be back by a certain time. I came back and I didn't need to check in again, she just came out when her timer went off. Then she did my blood draw, she was more engaging in conversation at this time and was gentle and quick with the rest of the process.

For one this place is hidden. Have to walk right up to it. It's in the corner of building outside door. Was greeted by young bald man. Very nice was late to appointment, but went very fast. Note: more than 10 min late will lose online appointment. He was very friendly and fast, will come back.

Walked in and nobody was there. Front desk assistant wasn't there and nobody inside. Assistant shows up 2min later and asked if I had an appointment. I didn't so I left. Set appointment to another quest facility and full of walk ins. Just feel like people don't want to work these days.

I came to take out a few vials of blood, as I do so every couple of months. Marco helped me out and he was incredible! Just awesome! He found my vein super fast, it didn't hurt when he put the needle in, and I drank lots of water before so my blood filled up fast! ;) He was very easy to talk with so I don't have to focus on my blood. Being slightly anemic, I do get faint sometimes when doing this, but he had me relaxed and good! Thanks, Marco! We even ended up chatting afterwards a bit! Lol (the time that I went in, early afternoon, there was nobody else waiting. He was a nice young man with a bright future so I gave him some advice and life tips, like I usually do! (I can't help being a momma to everyone!) lolol! Marco definitely gets 5 STARS! I will be coming back here for my next blood draw! I hope the right people see this review so Marco can get the recognition he deserves! You have a gem there! It's always wonderful to get blood drawn by someone who makes u feel comfortable & calm! Thank you!

it is sad to see how this lab that used to be very quick and efficient with super friendly staff none of them are there anymore turned to be the way it is right now ... I had appointment at 12.30 and the lady Lab Tech I think named Letecia couldn't find the lab order when I just stepped out to see if I can find it in the car she cancelled my appointment and I had to sign up all over again as a walk in and waited more than 3 hours for what supposed to be 30 minutes appointment at the most beside being so rude and Blaming everyone but herself eventually she needs lot more training !!

My appointment was at 1130. I get here at 1125 and they’re closed! There’s a sign in the front that says they will open at 1230 again. Whaaattt I took time off work for this. This is important.

I went for a walk in. The front door was locked at 11:20 on a Monday. There was someone helping a patient at the front desk while I stood there. No one said a thing to me. I waited for about 10 minutes and nothing. Front door said they were open.

I had a very pleasant experience at this Quest location. There was no wait time both times I stopped by this location. The check-in process was very quick and easy. They have an iPad up front where you can quickly check-in, no appointment required. I was in and out within 10 minutes. The lady who drew my blood was friendly and made the process go smoothly, which isn't always the case. The only hiccup I had was that I was not told I needed to fast in advance of my blood work, but I believe that was on my Doctor for not letting me know. This business was following Covid-19 precautions by socially distancing, required masks, and provides hand sanitizer up front.
