I went last to ask if they do certains lab test and i showed her the paper and she said yes just make an appointment and i went today and they said no we dont do it such waste of time .

My daughter had an appointment 7/10/25. She said that Ixallana was absolutely phenomenal. She said that she didn't feel when she inserted the needle in her arm. Great job, ma'am!!!!

This place is never busy so they take their sweet time. Im here now and there is barely anyone in here, I've been sitting for 20 min all checked in. This is the worst quest in fresno.

I loved being able to schedule an appointment. The check in system is awesome! The connection to the app and being able to see my results so quickly has been excellent.

Very unprofessional. Not organized with their check in iPad . Not an actual person to greet you at the front and let you know that they will be right with you or anything and rude when they finally do come out.

Very bad experience at this place.i check in for my 25 days baby for stat test . System show me 103 receipt number and system shows staff will talk you shortly . I wait for 1 hour . Afterthat i talk to staff about my turn number because its too hard to sit with infant outside and she was carrying. But staff didinot bother all that .when i talk to staff she said i didnot see your number. And do check in again . I am waiting with my infant at quest lab for infant stat sample from last 3 hours . Its rediculious . very very bad experience even they not takecare of kids , infants
