Worst Bank in the Valley.I have been trying to close my account for 2 months.I got a call last week that it was closed. I just received an overdraft notice in the mail. They do not know anything about customer service.

Absolutely horrible banking experience. I've had many banks and banking interactions over my life and this bank/branch is by far the worst. I've not ever been angry at a bank, but this one sure brought it out. Please bank elsewhere, the headaches are worth avoiding! I love the idea of community banking and banks but with the service (or lack of) of this bank it makes the big banks so much more attractive.

I was attended by Raquel Rodriguez.. the Vice President, and she was completely rude, she made me feel belittled and d**** She was unwilling to help.. I was trying to find solutions to my problems and she was completely irritated by me… she made it clear that MY problems where MY problems and she wanted nothing to do with me…I have never been disrespect and looked down at in my life.. but Ms Rodriguez accomplished that today.

Mechanics bank online services are not intuitive. I have refinanced my car with another bank because Mechanics Bank gave me a horrible interest rate. Mechanics Bank accepted more money than I owed them according to my payoff and hasn't paid me back for the overpayment in the almost two months it has been since my account has closed. Additionally, my account history does not show that this overpayment has gone through even though the amount was pulled from my bank account and I have a confirmation number. Two calls to Mechanics Bank still has not resulted in me getting the almost $400 owed to me.

Raquel (manager) @ Mechanics Bank Fresno Ca branch is unprofessional and always is so rude to us especially a senior elder. I strongly recommend that Mechanics Bank hires a professional manager with high quality customer service standards very soon in Fresno Ca!

This bank is the worst bank in the whole world this bank has robbed us has called the police on us all for us trying to cash two checks totaling $1,050 the person that wrote the checks to us did it stop payment the bank never told us that as we were sitting in the lobby they were calling the police on us like we were thieves these people are in big trouble and nobody's doing anything to them I called their corporate office many times nothing is happening if I was you and I would not bank with these people

The guy helping me was awesome its the company that is horrible. Who makes you mail in a payoff check for your autoloader. I guess the company doesn't trust its branches to send the funds so why should a customer use them. Plus they haven't fixed my online account in 2 days. They don't care about you. Scam bank they don't want to help. Never again.

I have been coming in for over a year getting a cashier check for my rent at this location. It goes smooth unless I get the bank teller named Diana, I always have a problem. She had to void 3 cashiers checks during this one visit today because she doesn't know what she is doing. And the last one she spelled the name wrong on it, and this isn't her first time spelling my landlord or my name wrong on the check. I spent over 15 minutes here and was late to work because she couldn't figure out what to do. The other teller had to come assist her on multiple occasions through out this visit. These visits usually takes less then 5 minutes with any other teller. I give them all the info they need and it's done in minutes. Diana always seems to have to ask for my social and other info that no other teller has asked for. I can't believe she works in a bank, I can't believe a bank would hire or put up with such a terrible employee. I will now avoid her at all costs, I am so disappointed with rabobank management. I can't believe I still have an account here. I guess it's my own fault for not moving on from this bank.

The bank is not open at 8 as described on Google. There is a picture of the door that clearly shows the hours. They open at 9 on Friday. I'm sitting here in the lot waiting. Very hard to find. I had to ask a security guard for directions. I'll update after they open.

Tellers are friendly, prompt service always, and they literally are the only bank that still feels like a "bank". Great Customer Service. I actually look forward to conversating with these people. :) lol Bank is located on the first floor of the Black University of Phoenix building closest to the freeway. Can be hard to find, but Google maps will get you there if you pay attention. Bank opens at 9:00 AM(Not 8:00 AM), closes at 5:00 PM Monday - Friday, closed for Holidays.
