Found a USED NEEDLE on the floor of our room when my friend stepped on it. The end was blackened as if it were burnt so it was unclear how the needle had been previously used. This cleanliness is unacceptable and we will never stay here again.

It would be great if the AC had adjustable vents and the bed was positioned at a different angle.

Absolutely rubbish hotel with zero service. 1 star is 1 too many for this hotel . Inspite of repeated reminders they don't do housekeeping. The shower does not work properly and they don't repair inspite of repeated reminders. On asking for a change of room they say room not available when half the motel is empty. Extremely dated but in a fun way. The staff was super nice. The bed was VERY comfortable with great pillows!! The sheets weren’t as soft as best western or holiday inn but still nice. The room was dated but CLEAN! The carpet was old as was the couch which makes one not want to walk barefoot or sit on the couch in nightclothes since it can’t be steam cleaned between people and you know over the decades many had too much fun so once you put that out of your head the housekeepers actually do a great job cleaning. The breakfast was subpar, only scrambled eggs and the waffle maker with a long line, a few pastries, cereal and coffee and tea. No meat of any sort or yogurt or fruit. Eggs and a sugary carb just didn’t cut it. The area around the hotel is pretty sketchy with tweakers and homeless. There is even a sign in the front of the hotel for police parking only. Luckily they have gated parking in the back and security.

We stayed here for 1 night before go to yosemite national park.
its very old motel and very dirty
Room has terrible smell.
why customer need to bring the blanket and sheets for sofa bed frm front desk to room. i had to keep them in the car and park and bring them to the room.
how annoying!!!
why they don’t deliver it??
no room service??
Especially sofa bed is too dirty.
They may not clean even 1 time.
how does customer sleep there???
shower head is not working well.
card is not working well to enter hallway at 2nd floor.
breakfast was horrible even if its free.
Compared to other similar motel,yes definitely it sucks.
no yogurt,no fruit,no fountain soda
only scrambled egg,some kind of bread,waffles,milk,coffee,3 juices.
the old men in kitchen he didn’t wear glove and serve bread by hand. how???
only the receptionist(around 7pm) was nice.

Close to everything. Staff really nice and they will take care of you. Breakfast limited but good.

Overall it was an okay experience. Would be a higher rating but the cleaning lady was incredibly rude in the morning to us. We were very clearly taking our belongings down to the car and she threatened a late charge… it was 11:01 so we were puzzled. She got on her walkie talkie over it and was very confrontational. I went to the front desk who told me there is a 5-10 min grace period. We were out before it was even 11:05. Such a shame they hired such a rude woman.

Staff was great & welcoming. The room was impressive & very clean. The best part was the extremely comfortable bed & of course the great variety of breakfast choices.

I would've given a better review except that after being away all day in Yosemite, we come to our rooms tired and ready to rest, and find our rooms DIRTY.
We were a group that got 6 rooms and none of them got cleaned, very disappointed!
We asked for clean towels and we were told to go get them ourselves at the lobby.
Breakfast is very basic, eggs, juice, coffee, cereal, pastries and waffles, while other hotels offer bacon or sausage, fruit, and yogurt for the same value price.

It was an average no frills room but it was just right fiir me. And the pool was open and clean. The free breakfast was very nice. Very safe for the area.

On first room assignment, we were given a very smelly and far away room , 150. We requested for a better room on the courtyard, and got 135, which is much better. Front desk service was good, especially the night staff and Bylul were great. Thank you.
