Ray Fisher Pharmacy services was amazing this week. My 95 year old mother in law's lift chair broke. She uses it day and night. I called late Friday afternoon. The service manager came right out, took the back off, and took back to shop for repair and returned it. Great Job!

Nancy and her team are top notch! They go above and beyond in every sense of the word and I can’t recommend them enough. In a world where giant corporations own just about everything, it’s a breath of fresh air to have a truly local pharmacy.

Definitely the worst pharmacy in town. The people here are so rude especially over the phone and they take FOREVER to get an order ready let alone when someone is waiting, plan to wait 30 mins-an hour.

We needed to rent a wheelchair and called Ray Fisher who immediately brought one out the same day. The wheelchair was brand new and we appreciate this service and definitely recommend and would use their service again.

Fast and friendly service. Doran rushed my last minute ordered to the hospital as i needed to have my equipment prior to discharge after my hip surgery. He not only explained everything about the equipment but also assembled it and put it to the side neatly and out of the way so I can be ready to be discharged. I would definitely recommend them.

...had a last-minute need for a friend that required a shower-chair. the Manager on Duty was enormously helpful, she discussed options (a care facility had just cleaned the store out,) so she even gave me a list of local suppliers. ((I did wind up buying at another store (now out of business.)) '...but they didn't have what you wanted...' -well, in their defense, -nobody- plans on a care facility buying everything they have in stock -and- i had a very tight deadline. (they were restocked within days, actually.) -what this business DID provide, and has -always- had? Extremely knowledgeable and compassionate staff who puts the care of others -first- (-the attitude was to 'get my friend what they needed -when- they needed it '-not- 'making a sale for themself (with an ill-fitting substitute,' (and that's huge.) I recommend them for direct care needs, they have great pricing on supplies and clearly are supportive to Care givers. How these folks have consistently been, each time i've gone in?, is the reason -why- so many choose Direct Care of others (someone is in need / somebody wants to help / they know what they're doing -and- they'll outfit the situation as quickly as possible (all in a very friendly atmosphere.) Support this store, i mean, you can find equipment and supplies from a variety of sources -but- (the great pricing not even factoring in,) it's rare that you have such talented and caring staff under one roof -and accessible- to the general public.

My mother is wheelchair bound and the unit she was using just stopped working. I was frantic to find a chair to rent while the current unit was being repaired. When I called, the store had no rentals available until Monday. But the gentleman mentioned he had some used units. He sent me pictures of what was in stock. When I gave him my mother's stats, he recommended a wider seat. I agreed and he was able to get the chair to her the next day. GREAT service with reasonable prices.

Reasonable price to rent a wheelchair for a week. Convenient and easy. Friendly staff and I appreciated the young woman who handled my rental and even helped me load the wheelchair into my car. Only frustration was that they were unwilling to let me reserve the wheelchair in advance, and only after pressing them a bit, did they agree to hold one for me for 24 hours if I called the day before. This added some unnecessary stress, as my visit with my mother for the weekend would have been severely hampered if a wheelchair was not available. Anyway, it worked out and we will probably use them again.

Pharmacy staff is sometimes rude, they also like to rush you when you’re on the phone with them. Hoping they can provide better customer service to their customers!!

Bear in mind that all of this happened within the last few weeks. Fisher runs an ad about consignment items and putting "a few dollars" in your pocket. Very few dollars when they want to take 2/3rds of the sales price as commission. The said they were taking the risk. What risk? All that they would be giving up is 3 square feet of floor space. I'm the one taking the risk. How do I know that the item will be shown to customers, much less displayed? How do I know that the sold price is what it actually sold for. No, you would be better off listing on Craigslist or Offer Up. Next, I called for a replacement part and was told that they were busy (understood) and that someone would call me back. It's now a week later and no call. Don't bother calling me now, I found what I needed elsewhere. Overall, it doesn't appear the Ray Fisher's is the place to go for service and to tell the truth, these two are not my first poor experiences. Just the ones that were recent and mattered. You missed my point entirely. A 2/3's commission is not an offer, it's an insult. When my wife first inquired about a consignment, while at your store, you offered to buy this piece for "a few thousand". A $35,000, brand new, piece of equipment and you wanted to pay 10 cents on the dollar? I called back directly and spoke to you again and this time you only offered to put it on consignment. At the price you suggested that I sell it, take away your "commission", I would still end up with only a few thousand. One way or another, that was all I was going to get from you. I told you that I was looking to purchase a few items that I could really use. Strangely, you did not ask me what they were. My guess is that had you asked or offered to purchase them for me in exchange for this piece at your wholesale price, the actual costs would not have been much more than a few thousand dollars. However, that ship has already sailed, I already purchased what I needed. Regarding your suggestion to list on different venues, I already have. That was really the only thing of value from our conversation. In regards to "falling through the cracks", this is not my first inquiry over the years that has fallen though the cracks and from previous reviews, I'm not the only one. Think how much better business would be if those "cracks" were fixed.

Professional and customer-oriented. We were running behind schedule but staff members stayed after closing time to assist us.

Very good customer service! Gladly assisted us in finding out info we needed and explained everything clearly. Also over heard a phone conversation with another client and the call on their end was absolutely what it should have been. Service is thorough and clearly explained! Wonderful customer service!

My father had hip replacement surgery. Per the phone calls from the hospital, I was informed very minimal supplies would be provided post op. I went to Ray fisher to retrieve a few bathroom items: shower chair, toilet riser, gloves, etc.because the items are bathroom items, they’re non returnable. Totally understandable. I took my purchased items, threw them in the car and headed to my dad’s. Within seconds of leaving Ray Fisher, my sister alerted me that the hospital did in fact provide a chair, so I whipped the car around and headed straight back to Ray fisher.I told the gal I had JUST left and though aware of policies, the minutes it took me to get back was due to traffic. Said gal gets on phone with her manager who stated because the product “left the property” I could not return it.I understand policy, the receipt read 1:36pm, I was back in store to return it by 1:43pm. It would have cost nothing for the almighty manager to return it but the quality of customer care of this place has dwindled for years. This business used to be riddled with people who were compassionate and had that personable attribute. I give 2 stars since they have items that other retailers don’t carry. But management: DO BETTER.

I brought my Hoyerlift in because it wouldn’t go down. The young lady I spoke with was extremely nice and professional and had a tech come out and he found that I hadn’t plugged the remote in all the way which he did and said there was no charge.Because of the care and service I received from them I will definitely do business with Ray Fisher in the future. Thank you,Richard Manuel
