I had a very difficult insurnace to deal with, it was very hard to jump through Medicares hoops to get equipment for a patient that needed a hospital bed and wheelchair. I worked with Veronica and she is phenomenal. Very helpful and helped get the equipment out for the patient and helped me get all the paperwork in line. Great company to work with.

Yesterday I picked up a beautiful walker funded by Medicare. My experience with Respiratory Care Plus was totally professional in every way. Various medical equipment is on display and available to try out. Manager Cynthia is a delightful young lady who explained all the specifics of the walker I purchased and even carried it out to my car for me. She also offered help at no cost if any problems occur with the walker in the future, The financial purchasing process was quick and efficient. This will definitely be my go-to business if future medical devices are needed.

I've had a long journey trying to get a new CPAP machine and many thanks go out to Kerri Neufeld, Respiratory Therapist! She was very diligent about contacting and finally receiving everything that was needed from my doctor and walked me through the new equipment, setup, and maintenance. Kerri is so personable, professional, and very easy to talk to and she answered all my questions. THANK YOU, Elsa

Just talking over the phone is horrible experience. Rude lady. “You do know they are very expensive ranging from 15-30,000” as I told I would be paying out of pocket. (No I don’t have that money, I called to see what choices I had, they weren’t helpful / respectful . Horrible customer service!

Unprofessional and uncaring staff. Called to tell me my “dad died and they wanted their wheelchair back.” No condolences, no kindness just wanted their wheelchair. Happily to oblige them and never do business with them again.

This is the WORST oxygen supply company EVER!!!!!!! They keep sending bills to me & I am a MediCal patient! That is ILLEGAL!!!!!! They have threatened to lean my home, report me to the credit bureau, & charge me their attorney fees. When they told me that they were on the way to my house to pick up the equipment I told them that my prescription was for a year not 5 1/2 months. That I can't be without oxygen I could day & they said oh well!!!!!!

I rented a pediatric wheelchair from Respiratory Care Plus in 2018. In November of 2020 I received a bill from them. This was the first time I had received any notice that there was a balance on our account. I called them to try to figure out why I was receiving an invoice almost 3 years after the rental. I was advised that they would look into it and get back to me. I have never received a return call. They have since turned my account over to a collection company!!! I am disappointed that their failure in accounting may reflect negatively on my credit! I feel the appropriate thing for them to do would have been to write-off the balance since it was their accounting error!

Respiratory Care Plus staff were incredibly supportive throughout the frustrating 6 weeks it took to receive mothers required medical equipment following her hospital release having battled Covid.RCP became an invaluable resource to me understanding the even deeper frustrations of Medicare billing, codes and forms needed. The folks at RCP were also an advocate on mom's behalf, assisting me in pushing a foot dragging Dr's office that repeatedly sent improperly completed paperwork.Kudos to all of you wonderful people that graciously put up with my weeks of daily calls. And many thank yous!

They used to be great. It was run by Patrick Costa back in the day. If I needed anything, they would make it happen. Lately, not so much. When competitive bidding began, quality of service fell off a cliff.
