Talk about liars and unprofessional. Marianna, I spoke with her on a Monday and was told I could get my medication filled a day earlier at pharmacy which would have been that same week Friday. I have to go out of town. Literally could have just had the prescription to another pharmacy since I confirmed with another pharmacy that I would be able to get it filled a day earlier. Waste of my time. Now I have to wait until tomorrow, and was told by Marianna that they don't even give time frames and that I would have to call it in on the day of and see if they can fill it.

Why do your employees at the pharmacy yell at people on the phone! 7/2/2024 she yelled when I asked about closing time. Very unprofessional. Thinking about taking my husband and myself to another business.

Literally the most useless employees. I had called to check on a prescription and the pharmacy tech who answered the phone didn’t even bother to check in the system if they actually had a medication and just told me that it didn’t sound familiar. No wonder Rite Aid is going out of business.

I've come there many times and they've almost always provided me wonderful service. My concern however is that more staffing is needed so the staff aren't so overwhelmed. I also love that I'm addressed by my chosen name and Carlos who oversees the security is very friendly and I love him to death ❤️❤️ ? ?

Rite Aid is my store of convenience. I live very close by so if I need something real quick like cat food or feminine hygiene items, this is the place to go. I haven't had horrible experiences. I have bought a sweater for my 90 year old Aunt. My husband and I took it to her on Christmas day all the way to the nursing home in Visalia and gifted it to her, but they left the alarm tag on. I was in a hurry and bought it on Christmas Eve and did not know I put the receipt. I did reach out and they refunded me for the lowest price it was. They usually have really good holiday sales. It's not my favorite store, but I like their value items in the back and have gotten used to their layout.
