I've come there many times and they've almost always provided me wonderful service. My concern however is that more staffing is needed so the staff aren't so overwhelmed. I also love that I'm addressed by my chosen name and Carlos who oversees the security is very friendly and I love him to death ❤️❤️ ? ?

Rite Aid is my store of convenience. I live very close by so if I need something real quick like cat food or feminine hygiene items, this is the place to go. I haven't had horrible experiences. I have bought a sweater for my 90 year old Aunt. My husband and I took it to her on Christmas day all the way to the nursing home in Visalia and gifted it to her, but they left the alarm tag on. I was in a hurry and bought it on Christmas Eve and did not know I put the receipt. I did reach out and they refunded me for the lowest price it was. They usually have really good holiday sales. It's not my favorite store, but I like their value items in the back and have gotten used to their layout.

Awful customer service at this location. Cashier refused to scan any coupons (from the Rite Aid ad) with no explanation given, just “I will not scan your coupons.” Never an issue at any other Rite Aid.

The only rite aide that makes me leave my items outside the restroom after purchasing. The assistant manager who ran me uo had even called onbtue PA system to have someone the restroom for me to use right after I made a purchase. How d*** can you be. I even got down tell them both I work security at Harbour Freight. Didn't even offer me a bag for my 2 sodas guess cuase i have on a backpack makes me a criminal. ?

The Pharmacy is plain awful. They gave my family member warm insulin that was supposed to be refrigerated and then was surprised that it was supposed to be. Incredibly rude young man who's customer service skills are -8. They never answer the phone and when they do. You hear people in the background but then you're hung up on. Switching back to CVS.

just move to this area tried to give this pharmacy a chance but don't go here at all the worse pharmacy ever, made me wait almost 7 hours for antibiotics won't be going back for anything ...so if you need meds don't go here at all ...

This store has the worst customer service possible. The gentleman at the counter ringing my purchase didn’t look at me and didn’t say “hi”, which is about as basic as it gets regarding good customer service. I’ve had similar experiences over and over at this Rite-Aid. I’m surprised anyone can approve of this store. I live close, but I must drive further rather than do business at a store like this.

The manager didn’t call me by the right pronouns and tried too kick me out of the store for trying too buy milk. Apparently there was this old dog following me around the store and he wanted the dog too leave the store, he also didn’t call the old dog by his pronouns either and refused too sell me milk until the he/she dog left the store

Some guy rushed us at the door as we were walking in asking him to buy him alcohol. Very uncomfortable. I thought I was going to be robbed but the employees were on top of it and got rid of him. They were very nice.

The pharmacy needs better customer service, waiting time is ridiculous. They had me back and forth when it could be prevented by having communication with customer when dropping of their prescription
