Everyone on the pharmacy staff, and especially the pharmacy manager, has been fantastic since I was transferred here, due to my previous Rite Aid closing down. The pharmacy manager has really come to bat for me during medication shortages, and I feel far more informed about how the entire process works due to his help.

No stars at all. If you are on maintenance medication please avoid using this pharmacy very inept and full of empty excuses and promises. No wonder they are closing down stores. Avoid this store if your health matters

There are two lines at the drive up for the pharmacy. One on the left is Lane 1 and one on the right that is Lane 2. Rite Aid should put a sign that says Lane 1 is for pick up and Lane 2 is for drop off only. That would save people from missing a spot in line because you can not pick up from both sides.

It's a shame that they didn't close this one instead of the one on shields. The pharmacy here is the worst. They take forever to fill scripts.

I think he’s name is Valentine. The Cashier from pharmacy, was great. He helped me get my prescriptions in a timely manner and paid for my prescriptions when I forgot my wallet at home. Only knew him for a couple for minutes, but I felt like I knew him longer than that. Overall funny guy, and great customer service. Keep up the great work ?

Changed over to this pharmacy because the rite aid I went to closed. Nice people in pharmacy but medication takes a few days to be refilled. Some meds you have to call the day they can be refilled and they don't get refilled until days later. No excuse for that especially if you need them

Love this store. Great location. Prices are not bad and they carry pretty much everything. The stores Associates are very helpful and friendly at the N. Cedar location.

My experience with this pharmacy was extremely disappointing. After paying for my medication and delivery, I never received my order. I visited the pharmacy in person and had to pay a second time. Despite their promises, they have yet to refund my initial payment. The staff was not only unhelpful but also downright rude and inconsiderate. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service left me feeling cheated and disrespected. Their negligence and mistreatment of customers is simply unacceptable. I strongly caution against entrusting your health and well-being to this pharmacy.

The manager, an employee and the security guard was up front. No greeting as I entered the store and I had to repeatedly ask for help as they carried on a conversation. I felt discriminated against and all I wanted was ice cream. The funny part is, I was being told to wait and wait while another customer walked up to the cashier and he was rang up. Never again, it took 30 mins to get ice cream…… really ?
