They stopped answering pharmacy calls. How is this ok? Then they don't start on any prescriptions my DR sends in unless I physically go in and check at which time I'm told it's either not in stock or will be ready the next day. I used to love this pharmacy and now it's like they don't care anymore. It's sad!

Horrible service! And do not speak to the pharmacist Janelle she is of no help nor offer/possess management skills! Such a joke! She suggest if you are ready, to ring the bell?!? NO, instead your teammates SHOULD BE attentive and present to the customer before them, not have them wait while you go service another with 10+ meds before my 1, when I came first all because you could not absolutely wait 1 damn minute for an 84 year old woman to get her ID!! I highly highly DO NOT recommend this pharmacy!! They do not offer friendly services, not even a smile or an apology when they have YOU WAIT. Seems it's so hard for those words to fall through their mouth -YOU ARE NO BETTER/HIGHER than the person you are serving and would not be in business if not for your customers!! A simple apology would have resolved the issue NOT excuses and arguing to put blame back onto your customer. Shame on you!
If you're management and reading this, please train your employees! Will not be returning!

The store manager Liz has horrible customer service. She refuses to help customers and likes to stand there and BS with vendors while there is a line of customers.

The best place to get your covid and annual flu shot. Get a free ice cream cone after your shot. The most friendly, kind and well informed employees. Halloween day is the most fun time to visit rite aid for flu shots!

I went to Rite Aid to grab a few items. I was greeted at the door. The aisles were clean and were clearly marked off the areas not being used. I found the things I needed. My questions were answered for the coupon I brought in. It was a good trip to Rite Aid.

Even though I had to be on hold for a good six minutes, they promptly got my issue fixed, even though I wasn’t an existing customer I had my prescription filled in less than 10 minutes

Every single time I go into the store, their ice cream station is always down.... I always go into this store. Cause I use a pharmacy and every single time I go in there. There's no one there to help you for the ice cream Station

Only one person working the whole store, and he's really rude.
Daniel told us he does a lot of back and fourth we had to wait. The family before us was waiting for 20 minutes already just for ice cream

I always get greeted and get asked about my day:D makes me feel welcome thanks to the workers that do that. Prices are a little high but they have a nice selection of things

Please have your worker's that are sick and coughing continuously at the checkout counter and elsewhere, stay the F Home. This sick female cashier was so sick today, 12/15/2023, she couldn't even stop coughing with her mask on. It's Friday, she needed to go home immediately and especially see a doctor. Does rite aid not even care about sick employees. Well I can definitely see they don't care about customers coming in there stores and getting sick too. If you're sick, keep your sick self at home, so you don't get others sick! If you're sick, stay home!
