Worst pharmacy ever. They never have my kids prescription ready I would always have to call and ask every time. They never get your prescription ready the same day it's always the next day... I'm glad they're closing all their stores. Never should have switch to them in the first place even though they were closer to home. Definitely can not match up to CVS pharmacy or Walgreens

Very bad service on the Pharmacy, I have one month trying to get my medicine. I call the pharmacy and they just hang out the telephone

No wonder you’re going out of business. Old lady with the red hair is super rude, no customer service. It barely turned 9 and she said “we’re closed” for the ice cream. She said because there’s so much to wash??? An ice cream scooper?? Good luck for having a job when Rite Aid closes due to bankruptcy.

The red head Michele was so rude we went in to get ice cream and she yelled at us bc she had just mopped and didn’t want to re mop keep in mind an hour before closing. I was not the only one she did so to every person who came in as well

I love our local Rite Aid and hope it’s around for a very long time! It’s well stocked and clean. It’s close to our home so it’s super convenient too. Their sale prices are pretty good though their regular prices are a bit high. Sometimes I can’t wait for a product so the price isn’t too bad considering gas prices. I’ll pay a little more for the convenience. They still sell ice cream by the scoop, too! I have nothing but good things to say about our neighborhood Rite Aide.

Waited in line forever to have ice cream on a waffle cone. Ended up just getting ice cream from the frozen section and using self checkout.
Older lady with longer blonde hair walked past everyone with a till in hand and started to back up the registers.
Two old ladies ignored several people in line until one customer was yelling “hello!!? Ice cream” three times. 6/12 930pm ish

I had a less than pleasant experience here.03/26/24 I was made to feel like an inconvenience during my first interaction with someone at the pharmacy. I let it slide that time and just wrote it off as human error. However the next time I needed to interact with someone from the pharmacy, it definitely could have been handled better. Clearly the employees at this shaw location are very unhappy, and lack basic communication skills regarding customer service. I did have to contact corporate customer service after this second interaction and the following day my prescribing physician’s office let me know they received a call from the pharmacy letting them know I called corporate.(which is fine because, they also said they were greeted with not the best attitude as well). Needless to say, whatever the issues are there are more deep rooted than juts attitudes and unhappiness from employees that is being projected onto the customers.
After speaking with corporate, I now feel like I was targeted and retaliated against because I made complaint.
Here’s a tip, you never know what someone is going through. So treat others with the kindness and respect you wish you were treated with.

This store takes the cake! No wonder they have a 3 star rating. Cashier tried to scan my DL. I told him, "no you're not!" I showed it to him & said my BD. He then told me he will make an exception this time. That I have to give it to him next time I come in. I told him, "I won't buy beer from this store again." He said, "ok." What a prick!

The lady who answered the phone on 2/24 at 4:30 was quite possibly the rudest human being I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. If she would have listened without interrupting me with clear annoyance we could have got down to the problem of my first ever prescription filled here at rite aid. Instead she was rude with severe attitude and even judged me for not having insurance! She clearly hates her job and that shouldn’t be the customers problem. Since I couldn’t even call here to ask a simple question about my prescription and be treated like a human being I will be taking my prescriptions elsewhere. Disgruntled employees are not a good look keep them OFF the phones.

Healthcare is both expensive and unpleasant enough without having to deal with prescription issues or rude pharmacy employees.Since I prefer not to do business with Walgreens or CVS, I chose Rite Aid assuming customer service would be far better. My mistake.Had I read the reviews prior to taking my prescriptions to them, I’d have certainly gone elsewhere.Unfortunately, most all of my interactions with them has been a less than pleasant experience.Aside from the general lack of pride in the upkeep of the store’s drive thru, rudenessand incompetence is commonplace for the pharmacy staff. Obviously customers are simply an inconvenience.Worse yet, are the owner’s meaningless and empty apologies as evidenced by the many bad reviews and lack of efforts to improve customer satisfaction within their pharmacy.
