Rite aid is very convenient since it's right by my home but they don't seem to have it stopped very well. I look for OTC products because of my insurance and they don't carry very much. But it's good for a quick pick up if you need something.

I am going to switch my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I cannot refill all of my prescriptions from their app and it takes forever to get someone on the line. I have been in the que, selecting 3 for the past 10 minutes.

To be honest I have not had a good experience in the past. Today however, was a wonderful experience. Ann went above and beyond to assist me. There were several insurance issues to be addressed. Ann took the time to completely resolve all issues. She is conscientious, courteous, knowledgeable and polite. For that Ann, I say thank much. Robert

Nice staff but they seem to be short staffed.

Great customer service I’m there atleast a few times a week, the cashiers Edwin and Troy are always striking up a conversation and asking me about my day and if I found everything I was looking for. I go out of my way to visit this location it’s always clean and attentive.

Horrible service! The only reason we come is for the ice cream. They always close it down way before closing, I showed up at 9:35 and they stated they closed it so they could get home early. The store closes at 10pm. Do your job and serve us ice cream, or choose a different job that allows you to be home earlier in the day.

This pharmacy is the worst! They will literally have you wait 30 minutes in line to get your RX inside and outside! It’s ridiculous! Worst service ever!

Very pleased to recommend the Rite Aid Pharmacy on 3795 West Shields, Fresno. The pharmacists and staff there see us several times a week and they are the best! Couldn't be more satisfied!

Worst pharmacy ever! They will see you at the drive through window and won’t even come to you till minutes later they close early at 9 when it says they close at 10 . They are rude and slow workers I needed same day medication as my doctor prescribed but it was not ready so don’t count on it till next day horrible!

Chose this location to fill a prescription after getting dental work. First they said they cannot fill new Norco prescriptions. Then I called back after getting a text message and the girl hung up the phone in my face. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. I will NEVER again deal with this location.
