Tried to purchase Advil Cold and Sinus from their pharmacy. Their system cannot scan the QR code from the DMV Mobile Wallet (Which is a valid, state issued, driver license). Because of this, I can't purchase what I need.

The store manager on Wednesday night is rude and not understanding. I had a prescription filled and I picked it up at 8:55 PM. when I got home I noticed that the pharmacist had not mixed the medication correctly with the right amount that is needed for my child. I called exactly 5 minutes after and he tells me that the pharmacy is closed. I told him there is no way they already left. I’m sure they’re still inside there. Can you please get a hold of the pharmacist to see what I need to do because my child needs to take the medication because they have an infection.. He refused to help and kept telling me that the pharmacy is closed. As I was reasoning with him and trying to explain and told him that he’s being very rude and disrespectful, he hangs up the phone on me. I hope somebody in upper management besides his bonehead reads this and fixes the store that’s falling apart.. The pharmacy is always overwhelmed and constantly making mistakes.

Very rude person at inside pickup window. I was told her name was Liz. Will not go to this pharmacy unless I had to.

There pharmacy is no good been calling for over 8 minutes still no response. This has been going on for months just close it down and let another pharmacy come in.

Very slow service, with little to no sense of urgency at all. Dr called in my wife's prescription after her surgery and I had to wait almost 5 hours before her medication was filled. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional by the female pharmacist on duty!!

Whenever I come in the staff are so rude, barely even talk to me. And two of the staff members were making fun of a customer in front of me for “twitching and acting funny” even though i’m pretty sure he just had tourette’s.

I won’t name names but there are two people who work the pick up window that are so incredibly rude each time I come in. I could literally cry. My expectation for customer service isn’t very high these days but basic kindness goes a long way and being plain mean can cause unnecessary pain. I’m almost scared to come here anymore and may choose a less convenient location just to avoid the unsafe atmosphere some of the employees have cultivated. As I am waiting for my prescription I can hear the same employee talking smack about a customer who went through the drive through. Not cool.

Was told medication not available until 2 days told to go to a different pharmacy. Drove away then was called at CVS that medicine was actually available.

Terrible customer service. I realize the new saying is the customer isn't always right and miscommunication happens (don't call me a lier) but what happened to basic customer service in solving a problem. They so insistent on being right they forget someone needs medication and just don't care in helping solve an issue

I have been using Rite Aid Pharmacy at Cedar & Nees for approximately 14 years. It’s a busy store, yet all staff & all Pharmacist ??⚕️??⚕️ are truly awesome! In particular, I have found the Pharmacist staff to be highly professional, friendly & humble. It’s a stressful job, where I’ve seen them sometimes deal with demanding & unreasonable customers, and yet, the Pharmacists always treat these customers with patience and courtesy. They are great!

Absolutely love the Thrifty ice cream - it brings me back to this store time and time again in spite of the staff who aren't the most customer friendly and have a hard time covering both the register and the ice cream counter.

I walked in to get a flu shot and covid vax. They advertise to just walk in. Well I did. No one acknowledged me for 10 mins. I have been here 25 minutes total now. There are a bunch of chicks back there gossiping, 6 people total working pharmacy. I finally went up to ask how much longer. Guy says um we got a little behind. Really? No apology. Nothing. Terrible service. Worst Rite Aid ever. Not coming back. Im leaving now! Hitting twitter/X next.
