I walked in to get a flu shot and covid vax. They advertise to just walk in. Well I did. No one acknowledged me for 10 mins. I have been here 25 minutes total now. There are a bunch of chicks back there gossiping, 6 people total working pharmacy. I finally went up to ask how much longer. Guy says um we got a little behind. Really? No apology. Nothing. Terrible service. Worst Rite Aid ever. Not coming back. Im leaving now! Hitting twitter/X next.

I have chronic back pain from car injuries. I have followed all dr instructions. I’ve spoken with several Pharmacies locally who have this medication in stock but only for their established patients. Well after speaking with their pharmacist at rite aid at this location it was “suggested” I change to a medication to one that doesn’t work as to I guess just appease me. They are avoiding the question and wanting me to switch to a different medication that I can gather makes their job easier but not take care of the patient. I thought pharmacists take an oath to take care of their patients ?♂️ do the extra paperwork and get your patients what they need to live every day life. I guess when you’re not the one in pain it really doesn’t effect you. No im not gonna change my medication. I’m gonna call everyday until there is a solution. That’s my right as a patient. Maybe I should talk to someone about this?

I just went in here and the service is atrocious. You are always waiting and pharmacy always has complications. Worst experiences every time I go there. Never coming here again.

Worse customer service. At Cedar/Nees Fresno. They called me for questions, only to never answer the phone while calling back a few times. Couldn’t get billing right even after going to them. Whole thing was a mess and a joke. I transferred, couldn’t handle the un motivated girls at the window.

The pharmacy simply WILL NOT answer their phone. Ever. It doesn't matter what time of day, they just will not do it. It's outrageous. This is medication we're talking about. Also, they will rarely have the prescription ready when you get the text alert telling you to pick up. So you can't trust the text system saying your meds are ready, nor can you call to confirm because they won't pick up the phone. As I type this I have been trying to get through to them for 24 minutes...and counting. This is typical.

I am so grateful for the care and concern I receive from the pharmacists when picking up any new medications at Rite Aid. I also appreciate the notice I receive when medication has not been approved by the insurance company. It is so nice to receive a text when prescriptions are ready. Thank you Rite Aid, you are the best!

Gina, Dylan and ALL of the pharmacy crew are amazing. Faced with a flood of new customers in light of nearby pharmacy closures has probably brought challenges to them but they have remained calm through the storm and continue to provide fantastic service. THANK YOU for all the team does.

For the most part I don’t have problems when I shop here, but I came in to get ice cream and when I got home and looked at my receipt I noticed that I had been charged for “kidcents contribution” whatever that means however when I called to find out why this charge was on my receipt when I wasn’t asked to contribute to anything and yet you took money was not approved for you to take. If I walked into your store and took something without paying that is called stealing. When trying to call to get this situation ratified, the phone rang and rang and rang and I let it ring for at least 10 minutes. Call back tried to get a different department and was redirected. Someone pick the phone up and then put it back on hold…. Unprofessional

I always go to Rite Aid and especially like the Cedar/Need store. There's always a friendly greeting when entering and the staff are helpful with questions I may have, or helping me find what I'm looking for. The pharmacy staff are always busy but patiently listen and find answers for you. The pharmacist is really nice and professional. He and the pharmacy staff that have given me shots have impressed me with their skill and care.
