Probably the worst pharmacy in Fresno. Nothing of value on the shelves. Staff is not helpful at all. Can’t get any prescriptions filled because they either don’t carry it or they’re out of stock. Don’t waste your time on this location.

I had a frustrating experience at this Rite Aid pharmacy. When I arrived, Brian had just finished helping a customer in the drive-thru, but even though there was no one in line inside, I still had to wait over 7 minutes before he finally acknowledged me. When he did, he seemed moody and had poor customer service.
When I asked to use a different GoodRx code, Brian looked even more annoyed, as if it was an inconvenience. The process dragged on for another 10+ minutes. In the middle of entering the code, he even took a phone call, making things even slower. I literally had to go in front of the window on the inside to get his attention along with the pharmacist there, sharing my frustrations with 1) the poor customer service, 2) the lack of effort, and 3) the wait.
Overall, the unnecessary delays, poor attitude, and lack of professionalism made this a frustrating experience.

First time I had a terrible experience with one of the staff members at the pharmacy. I booked an appointment online to get flu vaccination. Mr Rodriguez in the pharmacy refused to provide us (me n kids) the vaccine- since he believes that the online appointments I made at 730 pm is too late and my kids shouldn’t be getting vaccines at this time. When I asked if these are his rules, he was really frustrated and repeated the same thing, said that whoever made rules to get vaccines this late shouldn’t have done it. He further threatened that if I insist to get the vaccine, I need to wait for 30 minutes. Why would I feel comfortable and confident in a person like this to get vaccines to my children.
I can understand if they’re short staffed, which he quoted as one of his reasons for refusing care. But the rudeness this guy has, was just shocking. Will never go back to rite aid to get vaccines and hope their staff improves the quality by hiring people who have some decency. Hope Mr Rodriguez reads this review and changes his attitude towards his customers.

Terrible customer service. I called to ask if someone could stay TWO minutes past 5 in the pharmacy so I could get a super important medication for a family member and I had just gotten off work, was struggling to make it there all week and the guy I talked to was so hateful and did not offer any empathy. I needed two extra minutes. People do not offer any human decency, empathy or kindness these days. Idk why I’m surprised anymore. I would pick a different pharmacy for your needs, I know I will be switching locations asap.

Maybe I'm just unlucky, but every time I come here, the store is out of stock of literally everything I came there for. There's an Amazon locker and ice cream though, can't complain too much.

This review is for not one time but personally experienced it many many times over last 4-5 years , that the pharmacists working here are rude, unfriendly, unprofessional and show some attitude always , I recently went to pick meds for a family member after long time and there was no change , all the staff is the same , rude and long faced . I personally switched to the CVS 3 years back and I am very satisfied there but this recent experience was irritating, it was an emergency pick up and I went after an hour and was expecting the meds to be ready but the pharmacist told me again to wait for 10 mins , that too for an emergency painkillers, this shows that they are not only rude but have no compassion . It was a reminder for my family member to switch to CVS asap .

I pulled up 3 mins before 10 pm after driving 20 mins from friant I get out of my car the man walks up to the door pulls the gate shades down in front of Me and locks it I'm so passed I will never co.e back to this store so rude

A NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!! Wish I could give this joke of a store a ZERO. Worst pharmacy "team" ever. This store is a complete joke. Without a doubt the most unprofessional pharmacy staff I have EVER encountered. The pharmacy "manager" Laina is rude, unprofessional, incompetent, arrogant, does not have ANY customer service skills or anything close to a grasp of the English language. Don't believe me? call her, or better yet, go in there and try to have a conversation with her. More so than any other aspect, they cannot OR will not properly fill an authorized Doctor ordered prescription. I will never walk in to a "wrong-aid" store again. Cannot wait until every Rite Aid in USA is closed. The company is in bankruptcy court and has already closed many many stores. Now I know why this awful nightmare of a company is bankrupt. I never write reviews, good or bad, but I wish I had checked reviews of this joke of a store before I had the misfortune of visiting this dump. Again, don't believe me? read the other reviews. They are all accurate, this store is a shithole, not because of the physical bricks & mortar but because the staff suck. If you try to talk to the store "manager" James about addressing a complaint, his response (am I surprised...?) was a completely uncaring unprofessional manner, claiming there is "nothing I can do to remedy the situation, here or in the pharmacy" ??? Hand on my heart, that is a direct quote. Really?? Hey James...YOU'RE THE MANAGER dumbass!! It's YOUR JOB to "remedy the situation." This store should be shut down and every rude unprofessional and incompetent member of the staff ran out of town. A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE.

Eric P., the pharmacist, always goes above and beyond to help me get my family’s prescriptions filled. He is always friendly and smiles even on the busiest of days. We used to go to other pharmacies but since meeting Eric we’ve filled all of our prescriptions at this location. Hope he stays there for a long time!

Cashier was Ann I think?, Not at all friendly, no thank you or good-bye. Store had puddles in various spots, buckets for leaks here and there which is better than the wet floors.

I think their location in Clovis, California on Copper Road and on Willow are very convenient when I do go out of town to provide care for my mom

The worst pharmacist phan (Asian) lady ever.she lies me and my prescription was canceled by hospital.I called the hospital and nurses said they never canceled. Bad bad bad customer service.she comes this morning open late 9:05 am and she didn’t want to work?
