Really disappointed with this shopping trip, 20+ people in line, 1 cashier. Once I was paying the cashier was rude. Customers waiting in line asked manager if there was another cashier and said it was only her and the cashier, yet instead of helping the cashier make the line shorter, she was organizing waters.

I went to return an item, but they would not process the return because I did not have the tag. However, the UPC number is on the receipt, u guys can see that 🤷 + they have 6 or 7 registers they there's always one cashier with a long line, hire more ppl

I was bottle feeding my baby inside the store and an older Caucasian employee with "red" hair told me food and drinks were not allowed inside the store. Totally understandable with OPEN drinks and such, but a bottle for a baby? Okay I guess I can take my baby outside to be fed in this heat. She's the first employee to ever tell me something about feeding a BABY inside the store, regardless of the weather typically every other Ross I have been too has never had an issue with babies being fed. I guess this Ross isn't family friendly in that sense.
Not sure how they're going to handle people taking water bottles inside the stores while shopping in this hot weather.

My sister went to buy some things she needed, and it was almost time to saw, and Ai's manager says that she was very arrogant and rude to her, very hysterical, I think that's not the way to treat customers, one goes Don't buy from someone who gives you things, don't go to that store, the cashiers are very friendly, but the manager should be removed because they are going to lose customers.

I like Ross I can always find the cutest dresses and it's very affordable as well but one thing they need to work on at this location is to hire some more employees cause there's always a long line with only two people at a cash register and once you get to the register the employee is often rude and doesn't even acknowledge you at all.

Go next door to Marshall’s who are more friendly & with a better selection. Probably the last.

Not too much of a selection, lines were very long !!!! 1 worker, I couldn't even get help to look at some glasses behind the glass because I had to wait in that long line behind 20people just to look at some glasses behind the glass ridiculous! Meanwhile I see workers in the back smh put someone out in front that can actually help ! I would not be returning here again.
