Received a call one day before they arrived and received another one 10-15 min before they arrived. They were great also it was a huge roof tent and arrived with ZERO damage on the box or wrap paper. Thank you

I am giving Saia 2 stars, and they only get those because Shaneen was kind enough to try to track our shipment down after the Fresno team lost it. My maintenance supervisor and myself have both been trying to arrange a delivery with Claudia for two weeks with no luck. I finally got ahold of her yesterday and she said "let me try to find it on the dock and I'll call you back." Needless to say, she has not called. I assume that means she didn't find it. Absolutely unacceptable.

Was told my delivery would happen Wednesday, never came due to truck being too big for my neighborhood? Then told it would be here Thursday, which turned out to not be true when they call to tell me they don’t have my product…. However it would be here Friday..? How does any of that make sense. They just make excuses and j*** you around. I would never recommend SAIA.

My delivery never came on time and the customer service is horrible. Nobody wants to fix the problem, just make excuses. When my TV was finally delivered, it was broken. By the way, this company only does curbside service. Stay away from this company.

I had an appointment from 8am-12pm on 6-10-2020. The driver didn’t show until after 2pm! I didn’t even get a 30min call in advance. I got an email confirmation later that day. The email showed that the delivery was done at 10am. Which is not true. I have cameras in my house that show the exact time when the delivery was made. I was not going to write a review but I felt that I needed to because of the email that I got. Extremely unhappy about the service. I had to cancel my afternoon arrangements because of the late delivery.
